After eating at two different Chinese restaurant with the same delicious mouth watering food, I have came to realize that there are many contributing factors that makes each of these restaurants different in their own ways. In determining which restaurant is the best for you, there are some major factors that can alter your decision as we take into consideration the pros and cons of each based on your personal necessity. Many people who eat out would really consider things such as if the food tastes good, the cost, a friendly environment, and good service. The most important thing to always remember is if the restaurant is suitable for you. Although some similarities do exist between P.F Changes and Pei Wei, there is many more difference that sets each of these Chinese restaurants apart from each other.
One difference between P.F Changes and Pei Wei that sets them apart to a great extent is the setting of the restaurant. P.F Chang’s is more of a nicer much elegant restaurant, while Pei Wei would be considered more of the laid back casual restaurant. P.F Chang’s would be recommended for a date night, a celebration, and a get together with family and friends. Not to mention the party room they offer free of charge that Pei Wei does not have to offer. The party room gives the guest a sense of privacy in the restaurant. The restaurant itself is a perfect place to enjoy a meal with dim lights, back ground music, glowing candles, and people dressed up in nice evening wear. If someone was in a hurry to grab some Chinese food, Pei Wei would be the best option. I would not expect someone to come to Pei Wei all dressed up in a gorgeous dress and some high heels. Instead, they might fit in just coming in a sweat shirt and jeans on. Most im...

...n a fork or had to get back up in the middle of your dinner a continuous number of times to go get a refill on your beverage. The service given to the guests most likely influences people’s choice whether to come back or not, but to many others who would eat Pei Wei regardless, they would care less about the service.
Some people will like P.F Changes just because they have always went there and do not want to go anywhere else. Another person might not care spending extra money for the same tasting food because all they care about is the friendly service. On the other hand, others might say that the food is the same so there is no need to pay more to get the same tasting food. It all depends on the guest’s point of view of what they think is more important. Both of these
Chinese restaurants have some good and bad qualities, but both do well in their own situation.
The factor that plays a role in the customer experience is the price of the food. Both restaurants’ prices vary when it comes to quantity, the prices are considerate. For example, it is cheaper to mix and match flavors at Wingstop than it is ATL Wings. Wingstop also offers family sized package deals, while ATL Wings does not. They also have chicken tenders at Wingstop, which is another difference between the two. However the chicken is fairly cheaper at ATL Wings when ordering all one flavor, and the wait times at ATL Wings was way quicker than the wait at Wingstop. The overall customer experience at both restaurants was wonderful and up to par with my
The function of the Chinese Restaurant in Midnight at the Dragon Café acts as a bubble of protection for the Chens. Su-Jen, however, lives both inside and outside of this bubble, inside both worlds of China and Canada; this is shown very early on in the novel when Su-Jen adopts a “Canadian name” (Bates 21), in order to assimilate into the Canadian culture. Unlike Annie, her parents and Lee-Kung keep their Chinese names, and by extension they keep themselves separate from Canadian culture. The restaurant provides a sanctuary for Annie’s parents and Lee-Kung, since the restaurant seems to be the only place they truly belong in Irvine. In Toronto with the established Chinese (China Town) community, the older Chinese-minded Chens feel more at ease because they are surrounded by people who speak the same language, are going through the same struggles, whom they can talk to and understand, nothing l...
After a long day in school and studying, every student needs a night off to just relax and enjoy a meal at a restaurant. In this modern time, some aspects of a restaurant can be the deciding choice. Many choose their restaurant of choice based on either those they are with, their personal, cultural appetite, their routine eating habits or their mood. Some of these preferences are similar yet others are the deciding differences. Two common franchise restaurants that pose differences are Applebee’s and Olive Garden. These two restaurants present their differences in environmental and food options causing a choice between them.
When Maddie thinks of eating pizza at a restaurant, similar to most people, she thinks of Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has always been known as one of the leading pizza restaurants because it is spread across the country. Almost anyone can say that they have eaten pizza from there before including Maddie. However, there is another pizza restaurant that is starting to shove its foot into the pizza industry. That restaurant is Pizza Ranch. Pizza Ranch has only begun spreading its roots across the United States, therefore, it is not as widely known as Pizza Hut. In Maddie’s opinion, Pizza Ranch is a better restaurant than Pizza Hut because it has some of the many traits that make up an excellent restaurant. The most important reason that Maddie loves pizza ranch is because it is a friendly environment. From the first minute someone walks through Pizza Ranch’s door to the last, guests are treated like family. Another reason that Maddie enjoys pizza ranch is Buffet Your Way. Buffet Your Way allows Maddie to order anything that she wants and not have to pay any more money for it if she is eating the buffet. This is one of the best features of Pizza Ranch that puts it above Pizza Hut. Furthermore, Pizza Ranch always has a clean environment because the workers care about how the place looks. This restaurant also is more efficient about getting food to its customers than Pizza Hut. However, some people might argue that Pizza Hut has better tasting pizza than Pizza Ranch. Although Pizza Hut is one of the most popular Pizza restaurants, Pizza Ranch is a better restaurant because it has a friendly atmosphere, Buffet Your Way, a clean environment, and fast service.
When it comes to picking out a restaurant with family or friends things tend to get complicated. One person might want to go to a steakhouse, while the other wants Italian. Choosing a restaurant should focus on the quality of the food, the pricing of the food, and the competitiveness of that restaurant to its competitors. Olive Garden is one of the most revered Italian-American restaurants in the United States compared to its leading competitor, Maggiano’s. Olive Garden leads in lower prices, food options, complementary food, and even has lighter options for the health conscious.
A vast empire that continues to rise is the king of americanized gourmet asian cuisine, Panda Express. This fast food restaurant has its arms wrapped around a large demographic do to its large food proportions, great tasting food, and comfortable atmosphere. This is one of the most ideal things to bring in to Brownstown. The allocation of Panda Express to the people of Brownstown would only bring more people to the town as well as envelop its people in good tasting food.
The Chinatown neighborhood has different restaurants, including a Korean and numerous Chinese restaurants. The Chinatown neighborhood has many gift stores, cosmetics stores, ice cream stores, and bakery. As Harry Kiang’s Chicago’s Chinatown points out, “Tourists shop for oriental gifts or groceries or enjoy Chinese food; along Wentworth Avenue between 22nd and 24th Streets there are at least 30 Chinese restaurants. Printers and bakeries are found in the commercial areas along Wentworth Avenue and Cermak Road” (Encyclopedia of Chicago). Many visitors came to the Chinatown neighborhood to visit the neighborhood and try the Chinese foods because it has the authentic Chinese food in the Chinese restaurants. Since many people came to the Chinatown and consumed in the neighborhood’s shops, the consumption promoted the local commercial development and increasing the economic growth. Therefore, the residents are very happy to have the shops and appeal to the
Watson proves that the uncertainties of if Hong Kong would be able to stand true to their heritage is nothing to worry about. He states that the people of Hong Kong “have most assuredly not been stripped of their cultural heritage”. In fact, Watson explains that Hong Kong is not being taken over by the American way, but is simply embracing their already heterogeneous culture. Through his discussions on the changing views of the food, dining customs, and traditions we learn that McDonald’s was forced to adapt to the culture of Hong Kong just as much as the people of Hong Kong needed to expand their familiarities to accept McDonalds.

Not only are Korean cosmetics gaining popularity due to dramas, but Korean food has also spread its wings. In China, fried chicken and beer became immensely popular due to the drama You Who Came from the Star. Customers waited three hours in line to buy fried chicken and beer at different restaurants in making the income shoot up compared to the previous income from the year before (Chen Tian, 2014).

CHANGING PREFRECE depended vastly on the fast food manus. For example we can mention about SALAD. Now salad was never considered as a part of fast food menu. But with the change of taste and preference, fast food chains like Windy, Taco Bell, and McDonald have introduced SALAD into their menus. This preference is not stopping only with salads. In 2002, McDonald’s introduced great tasting new products including premium salads, n salads plus menu; Chicken McNuggets made with white meat; Fish McDippers; Chicken Selects; and new breakfast offerings like the McGriddle sandwiches. Here as a fast food chain, McDonald did not have to introduce new dishes in their menus but with the impression and image in the market analysis, of increasing demand and chan...
More specifically, the fundamental factors that contribute to customer satisfaction in restaurants include the food (hygiene, balance, and healthiness), physical provision (layout, furnishing, and cleanliness), the atmosphere (feeling and comfort), and the service received (speed, friendliness, and care) during the meal experience (Johns and Pine,
