When it comes to picking out a restaurant with family or friends things tend to get complicated. One person might want to go to a steakhouse, while the other wants Italian. Choosing a restaurant should focus on the quality of the food, the pricing of the food, and the competitiveness of that restaurant to its competitors. Olive Garden is one of the most revered Italian-American restaurants in the United States compared to its leading competitor, Maggiano’s. Olive Garden leads in lower prices, food options, complementary food, and even has lighter options for the health conscious. One could argue that price dictates quality, but for Olive Garden this is not entirely true. Olive Garden for the price is reviewed as better or at least comparable …show more content…
Olive Garden always has a warm welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy dinner with your family. The waitresses and waiters are always respectful and care about your needs as a customer. On my many occasions to Olive Garden the service I get is always exceptional. I have a toddler and my servers were always very patient. The decorations of the restaurant are relaxing and very welcoming and it has a very homey look. Maggiano’s is comparable in style but lacks in great service. Maggiano’s reviews are very low within the customer service spectrum. The complaints range from not getting the correct orders, to not seeing their servers at all. Opposing views claim that Maggiano’s is the more prestigious restaurant because it has a more formal, rich atmosphere. You cannot deny that Maggiano’s would be nice for a first date, or a couples outing but when it comes to a simple nice family outing Olive Garden is the better option. Olive Garden is more relaxed with a kid friendly environment. In a situation with a family of 4 going out to dinner, going to a restaurant like Olive Garden will let the parents stay at ease with their children making noises, especially the younger ones and it allows for a more affordable family
Quality, price, and the working environment play a big role in the restaurant industry. In-N-Out outweighs Jack in the Box by far. I would encourage anyone to take their business to In-N-Out Burger over any other fast food restaurants. In- N-Out is clearly the better choice. Every customer will enjoy the great customer service and the delicious food.
I reviewed both restaurants on the same criterion: service, food, and venue. The service at El Tapatio ranked five stars compared to the rude service that I received for the light English speaking server at El Espolon. Juan, our El Tapatio waiter, was kind and always approached with a smile. He was accompanied by his coworkers who brought other things to our table, but he wanted to make sure that we were always alright. He always came to check on us and made sure that we were doing just fine. Marco, our El Espolon waiter, was rude and could not understand anything that i was saying. I give ten points for being an authentic Mexican but here in Missouri, we do prefer our servers to understand us. Marco was slow at taking our order and always got our drinks confused as well as our food. I asked for a sprite to drink due to my preference of not drinking caffeine, and was brought a Coca-Cola four times before I spoke to a manager about my mishaps and finally receiving my rightful order.
Hi Mr. Jarrod! As I know you are expecting an important client coming in from out of town, and I would like to help you decide by telling you about the differences and similarities between two of my favorite restaurants. Hopefully, you find one of them suitable enough for your business dinner. I have been to many restaurants in town, but so far Ruby Tuesday and Red Lobster are my favorite ones. Ruby Tuesday and Red Lobster are two similar restaurants with a slight difference in menu, service speed, and price. They receive the same type of customers although the ambiance of these two places is little bit different.
I believe that when it comes to the best friendly service, appearance and especially food, Longhorn Steakhouse exceeds all expectations in every category. This family casual dining restaurant has been around for over 30 years, and is still thriving with a constant flow of happy customers. I have been there several times with my family and friends. I usually go for dinner, but Longhorn Steakhouse is also a great lunch place. I always leave with a full, and that is very satisfying for me.
It was a very positive beginning to our dinner. Our server seemed to have a sixth sense of when his section was sat and came to us to get a drink order within two minutes of the hostess leaving. He also seemed to really enjoy his job. Since it was her first time at Texas Roadhouse, my friend had a lot of questions about the menu and our server was very patient and answered every one to the best of his ability. We were also approached at our table by a manager who was sincere in her welcome to the restaurant and made us really feel at home while we were there. All in all, there was nothing to complain about when it came to customer service; it was
Any Chipotle I have always gone to have always had good service. Their employees are great. There is never a sour moment when you ask for anything, they are always kind and welcoming. I am always greeted with a hello and a smile when I step up to order. Even if the employee serving you has had a bad day it never shows, you would never know. Despite the lines being basically out the door every time you come (which is the only downside to coming here), the wait time can give you a headache. It is worth it, because Chipotle for sure serves fast food; they usually have three employees working to serve the food. One to get what you order prepared, one to add what extras you and to finish packing it and one to cash you out. The menu is very easy to read and figure out what you want. They have all of the print on the menu in white and big font so it makes it simple for everyone to read. So there isn’t any trouble ordering what you want. They have many different options to choose from as well. You don’t always have to get the burrito.

Visiting Panera Bread I had an awesome experience mainly because of its physical environment. Panera Bread has a great environment which is ideal for encouraging consistent business.

The McDonald's Corporation is the largest chain of fast food restaurants in the world. It is franchised in over 119 countries and serves an average of 68 million customers daily.
