On May 5, 2017 at approximately 10:20 a.m., Ralph Blevins, manager and Mark Schull, liaison entered the Mechanical Room, number 102E at Bryant High School and discovered you sleeping in a chair at a desk. Mr. Schull took 2 pictures (attached) of you while you were sleeping with his county issued cell phone. Mr. Blevins woke you up and advised you to return to the Edison Support Center to discuss this incident. When you arrived at the Edison Support Center, you met with Mr. Blevins, Mr. Schull and myself. You were asked to write down your account for the day. Your written account of May 5, 2017 (attached) states: “Left shop 6:20 to 6:30. Went to Belle View to get an asset tag number. Went to Bryant to look at room 28 or 22 and looked at the motor starter and transformer for pump from the other day 7:45 to 8:45’ish. Cleaned up and was going to close out work orders around 10:08. On December 2,2015 I went to to the Lynnhaven building to receive some feedback on my agreement paper for English 111. It was a very rainy day after running through the rain when I reached the writing center room. There was a yellow note saying that the writing center was in the student center until December 4,2015. After reading the note I ran back in the rain to my car.It was to cold to walk it was raining. As I approached the student center I was told by a security guard that the tutoring lab was located on the third floor. I had walked up three flights of stairs. When I had finally reached the third floor,I walk into the tutoring lab. There were about eight tables, but only four staff members and one student. Amen had approached me asking what did I need help with today. I replied saying that I would like some feedback on my paper for English. He then pointed to the writing table and said “she can assist you with your paper”.
On 10-27-17 at approximately 1133 hours, I was dispatched to the Cleveland Elementary School regarding a psychological evaluation. PPD Dispatch advised that a student, later identified as Allison Cantalupo was chasing another student with a piece of glass. School Staff members were able to corner Cantalupo and locked her in a room.

John Henry is a 15 year old 9th grade student who suffers from ADHD and anxiety disorder. John frequently makes inappropriate verbalizations during teacher’s instructional time. This behavior causes distractions for himself and his peers. The teacher would ask John to stop talking out of turn, but the student only stopped for a short amount of time. The teacher would then pull John out of the classroom to speak one-on-one on some adjustments he can make with his behavior to make his learning more successful. After pulling John out of the classroom, he would be complaint for 2-3 days, but not for a week long period. Afterwards, the parent/guardian were contacted, but the target behavior was still not altered in any way.
Deborah has a special way about her, she interacts well with our individuals and is able to make ordinary activities fun. She is willing to do whatever is assigned to her by supervisor or staff.
One of the organizations that I volunteered at for the majority amount of time was the Hands of Hope Childcare Center. This organization is nonprofit and Christian based. Majority of the items that have are used at this childcare center has been donated from its local community. The childcare center is available to the Oakland County community. They service children who have been subjected to poverty and abuse. This organization also provide help to their parents by providing shelter.
In my placement, the educators always sing songs. In the afternoon, the children usually do gross motor activity while singing. In the morning, Child B hold a ball and came to the educator, he looked at the educator and gave the ball to her.Then the educator sings”Bouncing the ball, bouncing just like me.” Child B was sating on the floor followed the beats to bounce their body with big smile. Privacy in the Workplace Introduction Technology has developed in leaps and bounds over the past few decades. The case is that the law always has difficulty keeping pace with new issues and technology and the few laws that are enacted are usually very general and obscure. The main topic of this paper is to address the effect of technology on privacy in the workplace. We have to have an understanding of privacy before trying to protect it. Based on the Gift of Fire, privacy has three pieces: freedom from intrusion, control of information about one's self, and freedom from surveillance.1 People's rights have always been protected by the constitution, such as the Fourth Amendment, which protects people from "unreasonable searches and seizures".
Do we really have our privacy rights in the workplace? In today’s society we are so caught up with our rights that we often forget about work rules. If someone goes into my office or someone reads my email I feel violated and deprived of my rights. But the real question is, are these things my own to do with? The aim of this observation assignment is to evaluate and explain the different types of interactions between individual and groups present, as well as the environment in which these interactions take place. The field observation was conducted at the Vietnamese fast-food restaurant named “We love Banhmi” in Budapest, and the role adopted, was that of observer as a non-participant. Group structures as well as overall activity, patterns of behavior, and the duration and timing of such behaviors and interactions were observed and recorded. To be exact, it was Thursday September 10, 2015. It started off as any other day where I woke up at exactly 6:00am, as always. We headed down to the principal’s office. My heart was pounding. It felt like it was pumping more blood then it needed to pump. The time it took to reach the principal’s office felt like a million years. We were in the office and my teacher showed the picture to the principal. There it was; the inevitable. This was bound to happen. How did I not see this coming? Why did I just ignore my noggin? The principal said, “How ignorant! Three days of in-school-suspension.” My life was draining by the second. For my observation experience I went to Southern High School in Harwood, MD. Southern High School has a special education department for the students with disabilities. The teacher that I met with for this classroom observation was Ms. West. In the classroom there were at least four assistant teachers that helped Ms. West throughout the school day. The assistant teachers helped Ms. West co- teach the class and were there to help the students if they needed extra help. The school also has a couple of student aides that come in to help the teachers and the students in the classroom. There were at least twelve students in the classroom. The students in the class had many different exceptionalities such as learning disabilities, Down syndrome,
