Mount De Sales Academy is one of those Catholic, all girls’ schools that teaches their students to be good Catholics and all that. In the 1940s, however, there was one girl who didn’t listen to all the rules and became pregnant. For the time, this was a terrible situation and the girl didn’t know what to do. She lived at the school on the top floor and eventually committed suicide instead of facing the trouble she would have been in. Ever since then, there have been reports in the school of doors opening and closing with no possible explanation and silhouettes seen in the windows when there should be no one at the school.
It started as any ordinary day at Fowler Middle School, kids laughing and learning. But, at 8:51 AM, a classroom of students walked into a horrifying scene. Marilyn Tokzulott’s second-period class found their teacher dead on the floor behind her desk, murdered. Despite the many suspects, one stands out above all. Billy Plummer, the boyfriend of the victim's daughter, committed this murder. It is clear that the murderer was Mr.Plummer because of involvement in previous conflicts with Mrs. Tokzullot, presence at the crime scene and access to the murder weapon.
As the EAI team was discussing Molly’s case, one of the ED Residents made a few telephone calls. Molly’s PCP reported that during her last visit about 2 weeks ago, Mollie was alert and able to respond to questions appropriately. He confirmed that Mollie’s daughter and son in law have experienced psychiatric problems, adding that the son in law has expressed anger regarding Mollie’s living arrangements. The home health care agency was contacted. The RN and aide both report they have never met the son in law and have had very limited contact with Mollie’s daughter. When contacted by telephone, the daughter provided no explanation for Mollie’s extensive bruises noted on admission to the hospital. The daughter stated that Mollie did not fall, but in fact lowered herself to the floor in an effort to draw

In junior high some kids would call me names, but that was it. Verbal abuse is all that I have to deal with on occasion. This is nothing compared to the things that Jodee endured through her years of school. The story begins with Jodee’s description of how she was victimized in a 4th grade Catholic grammar school, coming to the defense of deaf children that were being treated cruelly. She supplied the school officials with names and was labeled a “tattletale.”

On October 7, 1999, a student at Ramapo College killed himself reportedly due to a break up with his girlfriend, similar to what allegedly caused the fourth NYU student, Diana Chein, 19, to commit suicide by jumping from the top of her boyfriend’s apartment building after a break up on March 10, 2004. The cycle of depression and self destruction is apparent in all cases.
Andrea Yates’ life started out completely normal. She graduated number one in her high school class, became a registered nurse for the Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and met the love of her life and got married. Her life sounds as normal as anyone’s does. Four months after she gave birth to her fourth child, something changed. She tried her first suicide attempt by swallowing 40-50 sleeping pills. She was hospitalized to a psychiatric facility and diagnosed with major depressive disorder. Her doctor’s attempt to medicate her was unsuccessful. She was discharged due to insurance restrictions and according to Charles Patrick Ewing, a forensic psychologist and attorney who wrote the book Insanity, Murder, Madness, and the Law “her family contracted to keep a close eye on the patient.” Several months following her hospitalization, her mental health declined.
