Introduction

Over the years, different industries shifted to the modern way of transacting business. This drastic change in the business world has affected the workplace of organizations. Both employees and organization need to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment due to the increasing pressure of competition and the integration of technology. The rapid advancement in technology allowed businesses to provide services globally, creating jobs to cater the ever-growing workforce of the millennial generation. With the entry of millennials in the workforce, organizations are now demanded to cope with the need to develop and maximize the potentials of such young workforce.

With the expansion of businesses, accountancy is proving to be a distinguished career for the millennial workforce, as it plays a vital role in the success of business organizations. However, among this generation, they face the difficulty of being branded as work deviant in the workplace. Workplace deviance has been a significant issue for most organizations as it threatens the well-being of the organization and its members.
