There is common perception that women are weaker gender both physically and emotionally and then consequently open dimensions for development of women as business professionals is an area that still quite untapped and demand attention, Wennekers (1999).
The concept of women entrepreneurship is attached with the women empowerment and emancipation. Women entrepreneurs are those who has the ownership of the 50% of the business, actively indulged themselves in the management of business and the business is in operation for more than one year and utilize their knowledge, skills, aptitude and resources to constitute or develop new business ventures or opportunities, Moore and Buttner (1997). The factors which motivate the women to become entrepreneur by necessity possess the aim to improve the living standard of their children, effort to lessen the economic burden of their family, because of death or sickness of their husband and to manage and adjust the household and business life successfully on their own
