This generation of people are more focused on fitness and pleasurable activities, such as their leisure time. Businesses are putting out more and new job vacancies in sporting and recreational occupations.

This recreational assignment will give out the knowledge and a general understanding and description of a personal trainer, also among with the task requirements on how to undergo this job. Dot points will be shown on different qualifications and what training is essential, well along with other industries and explain the high chances of myself in becoming a Personal Trainer.

As a Personal Trainer I will be able to help motivate and push people to their limits who would and will want to become fit and start active, to help reach their personal weight or to gain muscle to reach their full potential.
To become s personal trainer you will need to hold certain qualifications, such as certificate III in any sporting category or a certificate III in Fitness. You need to be at least 18 years at age, completed high school or equivalent, hold a current CPR/AED certification with a live skill check.
