Many people learn love through how they are taught, how society sees love and, the definition of love. To me love is more than just a four letter word that is overused and vaguely understood.

The first person to make an impact on what love means to me is my Ggma (Great Grandma) she was an amazing person with a huge heart. Having the incapabilities of seeing her very often before she passed away is truly hard for me now. The last two times we were surrounded by family, but she always made time for me and my sister. She always encouraged us and pushed us to do our best while we were with her. I was a overly conscious child, overthinking every detail of what I would do. So struggling with mental blocks in school and in gymnastics was a larger issue for me. I was not brave enough to tumble by myself yet especially on grass, but she never had a chance to see me at the gym.
