Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Mark Zuckerberg. These three men all have one thing in common, they became very wealthy from investing in the future of computers. A person may decide to go to college and make a career out of working with computers because of the potential earnings and consistent need of individuals who have studied computer sciences. This paper is going to inform you on what an individual does with a Computer Science degree, education needed to work in this field, and why we need people to do this kind of work.
What does one do when in the field with a computer science degree? When Bobby Droptables was asked, “What is a typical day on the job in your line of work?” He replied with “Go to work, write code, and browse Reddit.” (Droptables, Bobby) This is a very vague reply that I received so I went on to ask questions about “What these codes do?”, and, “What the codes are used for?” His particular job, being a Cryptologist, requires him to “analyze exploits of code and then patch those using codes”. (Droptables, Bobby) Apart from this interview, a separate job in the same field as a Computer research scientist is a different way of working. As said by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, “Computer and information research scientists create and improve computer algorithms, which are sets of instructions that tell a computer what to do.” (United States Bureau of Labor Statistics) They go on to say that some tasks done on a computer are very difficult and require complex algorithms. Research scientists try to simplify these algorithms to make computer systems as efficient as possible. (United States Bureau of Labor Statistics) So where Bobby works in security and is patching while attempt...

The computing industry as a whole becomes more prosperous, exciting and attractive as an employment prospect each day. It spans a wide range of modern applications, as does my interest in the subject. I see computing science as a gateway into new realms of computing, where the highly challenging and demanding work may reap rewards of an equivalent level.
As technology advances, employers ask for new skills. Computer software engineers must continue to learn such skills if they hope to remain in this field. To help them keep up with the technology changes, continuing education and professional development seminars are offered by employers and software vendors, colleges and universities, private training institutions, and professional computing societies.
After my twelfth grade, the inherent ardor I held for Computer Sciencemotivated me to do a bachelors degree in Information Technology. Programming and Math, a paragon of logic and reasoning have always been my favorite subjects since childhood. I still vividly remember the time during my graduation, when I was successful in creating a simple calculator application as a class assignment. The joy I derived from creating something that is used by a lot of people to help them perform complex calculations, made me realize the power of computing in its true sense. It was also in my graduation that I developed an immense interest in programming languages such as Java, C++ an...

Most people do not know what job they will end up with. In fact, only 30% of people actually land their GLAMOROUS dream jobs. Although I’m not sure what job I’ll end up having in the UNPREDICTABLE future, I PLAN to MAKE sure I end up in the EXTRAORDINARY computer field. I LEARNED most of my EXQUISITE knowledge from INDEPENDENT self-teaching and STIMULATING tutorials. I received HUMONGOUS amounts of motivation from my WONDERFUL family who constantly CONSULTED me to CONSIDER COMMANDEERING a job in this vast field.
Computers and Technology have fascinated me right from my childhood and I have always had it in my mind to choose Information Technology for my engineering. As the years passed my eagerness grew and so did my thirst to attain higher education and now is the perfect time for me to ignite the spark in me. This has given me the courage to analyze the fact that I have a herculean task ahead in order to comprehend an extensive proportion of subject and enjoy it while assimilating the problems.
