Firstly, she gained the attention of audiences by stating the subject of her speech clearly and pointed out the importance of it by stating that “the garbage is not actually garbage, it is the key to future survival of human civilization.” Additionally, she gave more importance to her audiences by stating that they all have great importance in the community and can change the future as ordinary people by not wasting food, this part of her speech made the subject important to audiences to pay serious attention to her speech. Moreover, she explained to her audiences that by not wasting food, they can contribute to help children, men and women not to starve in this planet and this simple act can give the chances of survival to an enormous number of children, men and women across the world. Apparently, many people from the audiences have raised their hands and accepted that they have wasted food.
