Our minds work in pictures, so by having a visual representation of what you're working towards, you'll find your motivation and inspiration last longer, and you'll reach your dreams much faster.

When you've selected what you want on your vision board, you can start placing them on your poster board. Once you're happy with the layout, you can glue them into place. Please wait until you're completely happy with the layout to start gluing them down, as you don't want to ruin any of your pictures by trying to remove them once you've glued them.
Now you can spend some time decorating your board. you may have things you want to hand write on your board. You may want to add some paint, glitter, stickers or ribbon, or you may like to leave it just as it is. This is your vision board, and you create it in just the way that's right for
Andy Stanley begins with the origin of a vision. Stanley (1999) contends, “Visions are born in the soul of a man or woman who is consumed with the tension between what is and what could be” (p. 17). According to Stanley, a vision is the ability to see what is possible in light of the present reality. A leader will not a have a vision for an organization if he is content with the status quo. Conversely, it is out of discontent that a vision is birth within a leader’s heart.
Sometimes having a vision is like having a daydream. In Black Elk Speaks, he sometimes has a yonder vision that pops up like a dream.

I first drew out a plan of where I wanted pictures, characters, quotes, etc. Then I got a wood frame that I created along with my dad. Painted it gray to make a good contrast between the white, black, and orange colors. After gathering the information need to complete my project. I glued it on another sheet to bring it out then glued that onto the board. A found an old clipboard to add more effect on as if you were in a game and put my annotated sources and process paper.
The Bible clearly states its purpose; God’s word would accomplish on this earth what it was set out to do. (Isaiah 55:11) Therefore, whether an organization or leader likes it or not, vision motivates, directs and unifies. (Dees, p. 159) Leaders are vital to the implementation of a vision. Therefore, it is imperative that the leaders understand the definition of vision. Vision is a potent image of the future state you want to create. “It is forward looking, forward thinking, and forward designing toward the way leaders think the future should unfold. It drives the development of strategies and plans to ensure that the envisioned future is arrived at as soon as possible.” (Vestal, p. 8) Vision can be implemented in an organization through strategic planning. Through the use of vision and mission statements, organizations exist and live. Many great organizations such as the United States Air Force, utilize strategic planning by constantly looking at different strategies to prepare for the future. Strategic planning “requires more than a weekend retreat. It requires considerable requisite preparation. Its tipping point is the establishment of a common culture. Culture drives the strategy, not the other way around” (Novis, et al,
Having and transmitting a successful "shared vision" requires true "buy-in" on the part of the employees and the organization as a whole, and must foster genuine commitment and active enrollment in order to bring that organizational vision to a personal level. For shared vision to become a product of personal vision, each individual must "feel it", and be able to see how this vision can be articulated to promote the long-term interests of the company's success, and position in the larger scheme of things. This road to the end result is usually not mapped out or even guaranteed, and the creative tension this inspires, through personal commitment and dedication, is the fire it produces form it's visionary fuel.

My vision is to have a plan for where my life is heading, to be able to adapt to the inevitable changes that arise, and keep my values in tact that help me to live a meaningful and valued life.
I use visual intelligence in every aspect of my life. My use of this intelligence varies from studying to hobbies. I learned recently that the only way I understand a concept is when I see it in pictures. I used to think reading the textbook was helpful for me because it allowed me to have a better understanding of the topic. I recently learned that reading textbooks is helpful for me because of the pictures provided in them. The titles in different colors, the bolded words, and the complementary pictures are all very helpful.
The 2030 vision provides a set of directions where certain enterprises in Abu Dhabi have developed their individual strategies that focuses on achieving their set of goals. There are many approaches to achieving the main aim of the vision, however, the most significant ones are the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 (introduced by the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development) and the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Vision 2030 (introduced by Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council).
When novices are constructing a project like a deck, they should construct a blue print or a drawing of their project. “The wonderful thing about decks is that they extend living space into the great outdoors. For the most part, any activity they can do inside can also be done outside” (Jeswald 6). When they are constructing a blue print first envision their project.
Creating a vision, carefully crafted, can help the team know who they are and who they are not. Miranda was able to get buy-in to her vision through her reputation and strategic thinking. Creating a vision for Runway proved to be very effective for Miranda to motivate the organizational member and get them to perform well.
As a leader it is important to have a vision and a goal, but it is even more crucial to have followers who trust in your vision and goals. Trust is developed by displaying positive energy and attitude. Having a goal and a vision helps an organization move into the future. Without a goal or a vision an organization is going nowhere. It is bound to fail. The six steps of goal setting are vision, goals, objective, tasks, timeliness, and follow-up. Creating a mental picture of how the organization will look like in the future is the vision. When an organization has a vision, it is looking for change, growth, and improvement for the future. This vision of the future is challenging the present processes at an organization. This challenge is the first step in the process of great leadership. Leadership starts with a vision. Even Thomas Edison had a vision, a theory that gave us the light bulb. When setting goals, it is important to make sure that they are realistic, attainable, improving the organization, and having as many people involved as possible. Goal difficulty, goal spe...
My personal vision of the future is not something I have taken a significant amount of time to ponder in the past. I have general ideas of where I see myself both personally and professionally in future but have not identified specific steps to get there or pondered why I want to be in that situation. When taking on this somewhat daunting task of identifying my future self it is important to identify my driving values, philosophy, dreams, and my personal calling. Self-reflection on these characteristics and preferences are key to a developing a successful picture of the future.
