Visible school principals are building leaders who are available when teachers, students, and parents need them. Each school needs a good principal who supports and enhances its achievement. Researchers have been studying the characteristics of a visible principal as one of the characteristics of instructional leadership that could shape and promote teacher performance (Niece, 1993; Whitaker, 1997; Blase & Blase, 2000; Quinn, 2002). The purpose of this study is to investigate the Saudi female middle school teacher's perspectives about visible principals and their opinion on how visible principals impact their performance. A survey research design will reflect on the behaviors of visible principals such as informal visit to classrooms based on teacher's perspective. It will also show how the identified behaviors influence teachers’ performance in classrooms. Moreover, this paper recommends the need for more studies on how visible principals could indirectly influence teachers’ behavior in the classroom and how principals could manage their time to be visible.

Limitations of the Study
There are two limitations to this study. First, the cluster sample approach might affect the result of the study in terms of its generalizability to the total population. While the researcher decided to include 17 teachers from each school instead of including all teachers from a school would adjust the sampling approach, the fact that certain individuals of the female middle school teachers will not be included. Second, the instrument, that the researcher has developed, might have limitations in measuring what it should measure. Although the researcher has mentioned different ways to test for the instrument reliability and validity, there is a potential chance that the instrument has items that are not measuring what supposed to measure.

Standard 1 of the Florida Principal Leadership Standards (2011) describe the priority of the school leader as, “effective school leaders demonstrate that the student learning is their top priority through leadership actions that build and support a learning organization focus on student success”. Our number one priority and focus is and always should be our students. They are the reason behind our professions. It is the faculty the ones who should be supported by the administrators. The leaders should celebrate their success, encourage them, support their assertive instructional decisions, and motivate them each day to create the right conditions for learning. The principals must plan to project growth the most accurate possible, employing all the help that they could get for this challenging task. Students should not be affected because qualified teachers are not available. Strategic schools use the resources at had to relocate, and alleviate the human resources problems.
Leading organizations of school administrators offer educators various opportunities to encourage educators to become leaders. No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) has mandated that leaders be better prepared for the task of providing quality education to all. NCLB “… is forcing all educational stakeholders to face the weakness of contemporary school leadership and is making it impossible to ignore the need for higher quality principals” (Hale & Moorman, 2003, p.1). It is believed that all educators can be and are leaders in their own right. A leader is a visionary and has the ability to inspire others to aspire to greatness. Of the numerous opportunities that are offered, those that are most beneficial include but are not limited to leadership training programs, professional development, and creating shared leadership opportunities for teachers to become leaders. The systems “…that produce our nation’s principals are complex and interrelated – and governed by the states. Each state establishes licensing, certification and re-certification” (Hale & Moorman, 2003, p.1). States use the ISLLC standards “…as the framework for preparation programs and in service professional development of school superintendents, principals, and other leaders” (Hale & Moorman, 2003, p.3).
The role of a principal is a vital function of the school. The manner in which a principal performs determines that success of the school. Being in the position as an assistant principal has allowed me to view this role totally different from I did when I was a teacher. I am grateful to intern, full time trusting that I will gain the most out of this experience. However, there are a number of lessons that I have learned within these first quarter of my internship that will vastly impact my leadership as a new leader.
The data, both quantitative and qualitative, were collected by using questionnaires: quantitative data were obtained by employing close-ended questions and Likert scale, while open-ended questions served as the source for qualitative data. The questionnaires for the teachers were different from the ones intended for the students. The students completed the questionnaires in their classroom, while the teachers completed the questionnaire in separate sessions.
This research is conducted with the aim to examine and evaluate the connections among teachers’ years of experience, educator characteristics (gender and teaching level), three areas of self- efficacy (instructional strategies, classroom association, and student engagement), two kinds of job stress (workload and classroom stress), and job satisfaction. The members were 1,430 employing teachers including 69% women and 31% men from western Canada. 20% were teachers working in elementary schools (K-G6), 6% junior elevated schools (Grade 7-9), high school 9% (Grades 10-12), elementary-junior elevated school (13%, Grade K-9) and junior-high-senior elevated schools (12% Grade 7-12). The members were in a blend of city (38%), suburban (11%), rural (28%), and supplementary or not described setting (23%). Teachers cultural heritage are Anglo-European, Asian Canadian, Original Canadians, Africans and South Americans.
School administrators are important in setting the path for a successful school (Glickman, et al., 2014). The principals could play a dynamic leadership depending on how they exercise their beliefs of the organizational and social environment (McNair, 2011). Obviously the most important part of a school day is the instruction given to the students by the teacher. Since the principal no longer has the daily instruction of the students as one of their roles, the supervision and guidance of the people hired to do that role becomes the principal’s most important job.
