A virtual school is an institution that offers courses entirely or primarily online. These are the new way of teaching and they are gaining more and more popularity over time. Including well-known universities such as, Harvard, Stanford and MIT are giving free online courses for everyone who wants to learn. This essay argues that online courses have a great advantage for people depending on the educational stage and their life cycle: school, higher education, and work.

At first in the school, students develop basic skills like reading, writing and the ability to socialize with other kids. Also, they develop physically and psychologically characteristics in an environment where they must adapt. This is crucial in this phase that they go to physical schools. Because it is where they get the discipline and the study habits. Moreover, technological tools, can help kids to develop interactive abilities, and learn to use technology but they have to be a complement to normal schools not the only way of learning.
