In the Darryl Taliaferro post, the foundational pivot of the argument posits that the idea of viable vision development to be adhered to by both the leaders and followers are concurrent alignment to the concept of morals, ethics, and leadership. It is stated that the leaders should not forfeit both the effective communication and development of viable visions to the stakeholders within the organization (Bolden et al., 2011). The reason being, should the scenario occur, then the leaders are likely to go astray from the present position of the company and its direction of future posterity consequently subjecting them to operating in a state of disillusioned being. Toxic leadership occur when the behaviours of the leaders are irrational in nature. Ion of toxic leadership is in relation to both the individuals’ physical and psychological characteristics. The effects of toxic leadership is that its demonstration is confined within dysfunctional characteristics whose manifestations erupt in destructive, abnormal, and antisocial behaviours. The learning about toxic leadership is of importance in two major ways. First, it promotes the revelation of the negative roles of toxic leadership in organizations and creates emphasis on the need of establishing ethics. Secondly, it provides positive impact on the leadership philosophy of an individual making one much aware of the ethical performance significance and the toxic leadership’s harmful effects. However, the idea that remains fundamental in both the workplaces and everyday life is the spirituality principle since it upholds moral behaviours (McCuddy & Pirie, 2007). Spirituality invokes the stewardship attitude of leaders, promotes the leaders’ effectiveness level, and enhances interactions of people from diverse spiritual culture by facilitating professional and personal growth (Lewis & Geroy,
