Effective management is important to carry out organization goals and strategic strategies with efficient uses of available resources. There are several types of management style founds in action in real world business dealings. They are:
1) Autocratic
2) Authoritative
3) Affiliative
4) Democratic
5) Coaching

It motivates the people to involvement in business process more efficiently and produces maximum output. Coaching is a process where top management talks with subordinates to overcome the problem they are facing. It motivates the people as they consider the organization as a part of family. Leadership opportunity motivates people as they got freedom to accomplish their task with their own methods. People are fond of leading people as it is a challenging job and people generally liked to be challenged. Another important motivational factor is to send people in vacation for refreshment. It motivates to work hard for organization growth. Giving importance and optimism of one idea motivates people more involvement in decision making process. Motivation and leadership is important for following reasons:
1) Efficient business process.
2) Proper utilization of human assets.
3) Increased devotion to organization objectives by subordinate.
4) Efficient performance by personals in organization. In RCH both types of motivational factor are considered. High salary, recognition, leadership opportunity, pension is the main focus to motivate the people. They practice a fair work environment to motivate people and avoid casualty within organization.

STYLES OF LEADERSHIP An autocratic leadership style is one where the manager sets objectives, allocates tasks, and insists on obedience. Therefore the group becomes dependent on him or her. The result of this style is the members of the group are often dissatisfied with the leader. This results in little cohesion, the need for high levels of supervision, and poor levels of motivation amongst employees. A democratic leadership style encourages participation in decision making.

Autocratic leadership theory is a part of the behavioural approach. In this leadership theory, leader makes all decisions and uses power to command and control the followers to achieve goal. According to Lewin(1939), “autocratic leaders are associated with high-performing groups, but that close supervision is necessary and feeling of hostility are often present” (p.173). It is incredibly efficient and tasks are completed quickly. Autocratic leadership can be beneficial when decisions need to be making quickly. For example, in emergency situation surgeon uses this theory because the patient’s situation is between life and death and there is no time to discuss with other members. Bass (2008) mentioned in the Leadership styles and theories article, “Autocratic leaders can be effective because they create good structure, and determine what needs to be done.
