When I didn’t receive one of the item that said it was already shipped, I send them an email about it. Within 24 hours, I receive a reply stating that it was delivered at the address given and in my mailbox. They also stated that if I did not find it, they will send me another one. It was my first time shopping at Modcloth and I bought new boots there. I found the website through an advertisement which I was not sure if their website was reliable so I spend some time reading about their policy and their company. After reading a couple of their reviews, I decided to give them a try. When I went on their website, they have a large variety of different clothes selection targeted to only women. They sell dresses, tops, outwears, bottoms, accessories, shoes, and gifts. There were a lot of products that was really nice, but one thing that caught my attention the most were their shoes. They had many different types of shoes. For instance, they have boots, heels, wedges, flats, and sandals. Modcloth provided many big vivid pictures of their products, so consumers can know what they are buying. The boots that I bought provided different angles of the boots and they have different sizes to choose. In my opinion the boots were overpriced but I still bought it because they looked really nice. I chose the size I want and then head to the check out page. They charged me $4 for the shipping fee which I thought it was free shipping because my shoes cost a total of over $60. Modcloth had a free shipping function too but their minimum was to go above $75 which I did not go over. The positive influence that made my overall experience was that everything was simple. When I browse through the website,

When customers evaluate the quality of a product, they commonly measure it against two kinds of attributes: those related to quality as excellence and those related to the quality of reliability. The other problem people face with many other online clothing retailers is the inconvenience caused if they need to return a product. With our service, the customer does not pay the price for the product and has considerable amount of time to come to a decision as to whether or not to buy the product. This website is multi-functional and easy to navigate, but how would JCPenney’s new e-commerce site stack up against its toughest competitor, Kohl’s, on the web? The answer may surprise you. This is an intriguing look at how varied retail comparisons can be. While JCPenney is struggling with sales on the retail floor, Kohl’s continues to exceed expectations in their stores. Online though, it is a completely different story.

Zappos.com is a website that started off just selling shoes but now sells items such as handbags, clothing, and housewares in addition to shoes. Their company logo includes their catchy name with an explanation point as the end in the shape of shoe print which leads consumers to believe Zappos has strong feelings about the service they provide to their consumers.
