Apple is one of the largest and leading companies of electronics in the world. They are best known for their Mac Computers, iPhones, and iPods. Apple, according to Fortune magazine, is called the most admired company in the United States and the rest of the world. The mastermind behind it all is Steve Jobs. He is one of the most noted people in technological history, making technology at its best; He was the co-founder of Apple and the company chairman.
Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955 in San Francisco, California. His biological parents were Joanne Simpson and Abdulfattah Jandali. Because his parents were unable to care for him, Steve was put up for adoption. His adoptive parents, Paul and Clara Jobs, took him into their household.

Steve Jobs was a transactional leader who influenced his employees to have a strong desire for work and provided them with vision. He was a task oriented leader his focus was more on task and organization performance than on people. Job got people to follow him rather they like him or not. Job was also an adaptive leader he used himself as an example to lead the company. Jobs was not concerned about how the employees felt his focus was only on their ideas. Legends are popular stories that usually have famous people in them, for instance gods, or frightening people and most legends can’t be authenticated because of the inhumane features it includes or maybe simply because no one is still alive to justify something actually happened.
