With the twists and turns that comes with life I was not able to start graduate school right away. A month after moving I landed a position with an organization that was totally opposite of my degree field. Very interesting field, but not interesting enough for me not to continue to reach for my dreams. There is this belief by many people that doctors cannot be a part of the leadership movement of any facility unless they are in a position of power in management. The truth is that any person could be a member of management, but not be seen as a leader by the rest of the staff, whereas there are some individuals that others look towards in times of uncertainty and crisis to lead them.
