The hospitality industry itself is much bigger, and it includes lodging, theme parks, and cruise line among others. For example, when you motivate employees by giving them permanent jobs that cannot work on those who are already on permanent terms hence you will use another theory. On that scenario, you can concentrate on improving the working environment or working hours. Several continuous programs can be used in improving performance. For instance, offering incentives and giving the employee an opportunity to enjoy the facilities for free like the gym. These theories can always be evaluated from time to time depending on the results observed.
