Studying your own actions and attributes to the work force, helps to engage and equip individuals for different situations. Knowledge and understanding of ones own self awareness helps drive daily out comes and brings awareness to lever daily situations in a way that is most productive to success and understanding of others. For example, in a cognitive assessment of my personality, this confirmed that I am a planner, which is completely true! I think this is due to the many changes that I have gone through in my work over the past fifteen years. Over the years I have traveled a bit for work and due to this I have had to learn to be ok with change but also the stress that comes from this has equipped me well with stressful situations.
