An organizations structure is identifiably made up of an array of different individuals who have aspired to be valuable when giving out their opinions, ideas and talents that bring out the best in any organization when it comes to making structural changes.
These structural differences have been known to be somewhat beneficial when incorporated with the aspirational aspects of change in the organizations culture which can show it to be indubitable and indissoluble. I would say this, because individuals are grouped by specific functions that will support the overall welfare of the organization. They have managers in all of their specific departments, but they only answer to the President of the company when it involves making changes to the development of their departments. There is an advantage to having this type of structure, because the functions are separated by knowledge from each member of the department although there is an amount of challenges due to them being in different areas they seem to focus mainly on those specific areas that give no support to the other
