Nutrition is important in your daily life. Having good nutrition is key to being healthy. Always eating and drinking with regular exercise is part of being healthy. With a well-balanced diet and regular exercise your health will be excellent.
Poor nutrition varies from adults to young children. Sugar intake amongst adults and children are the same. Recommended that adults and children should have sugar intake of less than ten percent, with more health results you should reduce sugar intake by less than five percent. This is just not a once a month, you have to follow this diet for the rest of your life in order to see vast results. By doing this you will see great changes in your health. People who have less intake of sugars are more likely to be healthy than someone with more sugar intake. Wasting threatens the lives of young children all around the world. In many third world countries children are under nutrition or malnourished. Statistics show that fifty one million children around the world are affected from wasting, which is the lack of nutrition which is required for people to grow. The cause of most under nourished children in third world countries is poverty. Families in third world countries cannot afford food or their country does not have those resources. Villages in Africa often do not have the proper resources for safe food and water, which can cause children to get certain bacteria’s which will lead to under nutrition. (WHO, 2012) Overweight and Obesity affects many different people and at different point of time in their life. The group that is most affected by overweight and obesity is Non-Hispanic blacks with a rate of forty seven percent. Obesity is higher among the age group of forty to fifty-nine.
