Imagine today’s world without human relationships life plans, no emotional intelligence, no positive psychology and no training to help us develop the nontechnical skills needed in the twenty first century of our homes and workplaces. According to Cengage Learning, the term human relations covers all types of interactions among people their conflicts, cooperative efforts, and group relationships. “The study of human relations emphasizes the analysis of human behavior, prevention, resolution of behavioral problems, and self-development”. Therefore, personal and interpersonal effectiveness set the stage for career success. For example, our beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors sometimes cause relationship problems in our personal lives and in work-related …show more content…

First, self-awareness strength is a way for me to master my thoughts and understanding my mind. For example, a person that has a frown does not mean the person is angry, but the mind is what determine how we see things. “Self-awareness is the ability of recognize and understand your moods, emotions, and drives, as well and the effects on other. Second, trust is a building block of all my successful relationships. Also, trust is an important ingredient in building successful relationships both personal, and professional. For example, be honest and do not lie to coworker, customers, family members, and friends they will appreciate the true and will respect and trust you. To sum up is motivation, “the influences that account for the imitation, direction, intensity, and persistence of behavior. For example, I works because I loves what I do, I get enormous satisfaction from my work. In addition, my areas of improvement are self-disclosure. I believe that self-disclosure is an of the area I need to improve, because it is hard for me to share information about myself to another person, because of the fear of judging my pass.
