Exercise is one of the important parts of human life. Often people begin an exercise program because they want to lose weight or improve their health. While these are important benefits, individuals should focus on participating in the exercise program that they will enjoy. Not only will this increase willingness to participate, but it’s more likely they will keep exercising for a longer time period. While going to the gym and having a personal trainer is one way to encourage people to begin an exercise program, it is not the only way.
Today, exercise is the part of my life. It helps me not just be healthy but also keep up my body tone. I began my exercise program about a year ago. I was running Cross Country and Track for my high school team so, I had to practice every day. Sometimes it …show more content…

First, think about why you want to exercise, what are your goals that you want to reach? You may want to lose weight, prepare for some event or just have fun. The existence of clear goals helps you determine your progress and stay motivated. Another important factor in a perfect exercise program is balanced routine. For example, you can exercise for at least three days a week for an hour and a half. Try to complete about 30 minutes of aerobic and flexibility exercises on three days of the week. Along with, don’t forget about strength training of your muscles at least two days a week. Plan to participate in activities that include different parts of your body, such as walking, running, weights lifting and maybe include just simple team sports games. After you made your plan of what you want to do it is important to remember, start slowly and progress over time to prevent injuries. Some people begin exercising program with extra intensity - working out too much or too hard - and later complain when their muscles are sore or injured.
