In the Cycle of Socialization written by Bobbie Harro, the article accurately shows how the world influences our thoughts and opinions. In the first step of the diagram called “The Beginning”, Harro makes the point that we were born on a clean slate and the world is not. You will also meet others that either share the same opinions as you or people who have opposite views. Following this step, by reaching out even more and identifying with others similar to you, it is possible to build a new community. In the community, you can share opinions and views with each other while also trying to understand other group’s views as well.
