During the past ten years i have work for several organisation and played differal roles. The major role I have played during the past five empolyers was a team leader since I like managing people with different ethnic groups. Morever, team leader allowed me to learn how to solve disputes among the coworkers rather than reffering to the superviors. I enjoyed working with managers who treats employees fairly, and uses his own judgement, rather than getting information from others.i like managers who do not yell on their employees wheneever they does slight mistakes. I prefer those who congratualete their employees when ever they perform well or not. Because employees likes to be respected as the way managers also tend to be respected, therefore both parties desrves respect from one antoher.

The organization that I chose is Home Depot. There are many management and leadership roles within the organization. At Home Depot, dedication to serve their customers and providing the ultimate shopping experience is the highest priority. Helping to maintain this focus and commitment is a leadership team that believes in the company's values. The team also believes that a commitment to great customer service will create value for all stakeholders.
...he company which suggests that if you examine managerial styles and work to improve employee satisfaction there will be a correlational increase in productivity and retention. It suggests that perhaps people leave companies not because they are unsatisfied with their work or pay, but rather, because they are unsatisfied with their manager. While this idea might seem brash, it is a significant point being made that suggests that in order to see improvement you need to revamp a program or company from the top. Having worked as both an entry level worker and a managerial supervisor, I can testify to the importance of manager support, appreciation, and feedback and how this impacts your role in the company. Seeking out the strengths in employees, though it seems so obvious in theory, is a revolutionary way to transform the work environment and employee morale.
There are many other traits that earmark a good supervisor; for instance setting a “good example,” being efficient, thorough, and dedicated. “Flexibility” is also important. It is necessary to provide employees with “training and feedback.” A good supervisor is “consistent and fair.” A good supervisor also provides his staff with “recognition for a job well done” (Merit, 1998, p.1).

I would desire that the company generates profits as that what keeps an organization going forward. It is vital to strive to keep the business as profitable as possible without violating any ethical standards. Customer service is an integral part of management philosophy as customers are important to every business. As a manager, it is vital to creating products and services that meet the actual and perceived needs of clients. Management requires thinking of the external environment since there is a significant change in the environment where the organization operates and there is a need to alter the life of the business to ensure that it reflects the changing
The coaching provided by a manager along with goal setting and feedback are an effective means to encourage employee growth and job satisfaction. I appreciated having a manager who believed in performance management. Unfortunately, he was the only manager I ever had who did this. For me this was a great opportunity for development. I was able to gain a deeper understanding of how my job fit into the strategies of the corporation. Even though I stayed in the same job my level of job satisfaction

Teamwork is becoming more important in the work place, because of the leaders and the fact that it allows full participation with all employees. In order to complete several different tasks, managers and supervisors usually perform teams and assign different tasks to complete one major assignment. Team work starts at the top (Smikle, 2009). When supervisors or managers are willing to administer teamwork, they are enabling the employees to follow. Managers or supervisors set good examples when they delegate tasks, but more importantly express to the employees how teamwork is productive. Employees work by example, more so now than by demands.

Middle school and high school students are susceptible to influence, and as an adult they look up to, it is important to be aware of my action and words when I’m leading.
The normal title for the job that I chose is a “Chartered Accountant”. The job of a chartered accountant is to provide accounting and business advice to companies and individuals. Chartered accountant may also provide information to clients on tax planning, personal financial planning, corporate finance, and information technology (Job Description). The major skills required for a chartered accountant are communications skills, computer skills, and listening skills. A chartered accountant needs communication skills, as they need to talk with their clients, and need to be able to effectively tell the client the advice they are giving. A chartered accountant needs to have computer skills, as they are constantly making calculations using a computer and using different programs to display financial information properly to their clients. Finally, a chartered accountant needs to have good listening skills, as they must give proper and full attention to what the client is saying, without interrupting unnecessarily in between (Do You Have it in You to Become a Chartered Accountant?). Personal abilities to have that are beneficial are strong interpersonal skills. This is because chartered accountants always have to communicate and be social with their clients. They are constantly put in a position where they have to share their expertise with companies and clients. So strong interpersonal skills are important so that they can effectively communicate information with their clients. Also, knowledge of computer programs for auditing and financing is a good personal aptitude to have.
