They make enough to survive and take care of their families which I am trying to do. I just want to be able to do something that I love and would do for free but, do it well enough to get paid for it. Most Physical education teachers are coaches of a sport team which gives you another incentive to have. It’s not that much either but, being able to coach kids and help them mentally and physically is even

As a sophomore, I was required to compile a genre of educational philosophies and create my own philosophy in the process. Today, as a senior I am required to “revise” that statement into one that is sophisticated and intelligent based on new information that I have received in the last two years. One instructor said to me, “Your view on educational elements may have changed,” and another said, “Randy, your philosophy on the way you view yourself as a teacher and the view of your classroom may have evolved into a more manageable, realistic perspective,” and they were both right.
The city, the suburbs, and rural areas all have schools because students are required to go to school. This creates limited travel for teachers because teachers can live in the area they decide to teach. The most travel teachers have to do is on field trips. Despite these benefits, some people believe that physical education has no value to children in schools. Physical education is significant in schools because it improves children’s health.
Education is everywhere. This is why teachers need to be the best they can be. Since all children and adolescents are required to attend school, they need teachers that care about them and their education. In order for a teacher to be able to do this, he/she needs to understand the nature of students and knowledge. These two things go together. A teacher also needs to know what the purpose of an education is because without knowing, a teacher does not really have a purpose. In my philosophy, I will discuss why I think my curricular area is important and how I will professionally develop myself to become the best teacher I can be.

Physical education is an expensive class when you take into account all the equipment needed and care of the gymnasium that is needed. For schools in low income areas this may be especially important because, this may be an important deciding factor of whether or not the school should keep involving physical education in their schedules. This is due to that fact that if the school already starts off with a low budget and physical education takes up a decent amount of that budget, then there is little left for the main subjects of math, science, history, and English, the other extra curricular classes, and sports.
All states require teachers in public schools to be licensed or certified(BLS.gov,Web). Those who teach in private schools are generally not required to be licensed. High school teachers typically are awarded a secondary or high school certification(BLS.gov,Web). This allows them to teach the 7-12th grade. Requirements for certification will change by what state you are in. However, all states require that teachers have at least a bachelor’s degree. States require completing a teacher preparation program and supervised experience in teaching, typically gained through student teaching(BLS.gov). States usually require candidates to pass a teaching certification test, on top of test that shows their knowledge in the subject they will teach later

Physical education and school sport develop students’ concentration, behaviour, academic performance and memory. Moreover, the more students participate in sport the more their academic performance increases (Improving School Sport and Physical Education in your School, 2009). Physical development also supports a child’s personal social and emotional development. If a child can participate in physical activity they learn about the environment around them. By being able to participate in team sports a child can increase in confidence and control (Nurse, 2009).
