Educational Philosophy Statement Education is everywhere. This is why teachers need to be the best they can be. Since all children and adolescents are required to attend school, they need teachers that care about them and their education. In order for a teacher to be able to do this, he/she needs to understand the nature of students and knowledge. These two things go together. A teacher also needs to know what the purpose of an education is because without knowing, a teacher does not really have a purpose. In my philosophy, I will discuss why I think my curricular area is important and how I will professionally develop myself to become the best teacher I can be. To begin, we need to understand the nature of students. The nature of students varies between individuals. The majority of students are well-behaved and come to school ready to learn. Part of this is due to the way they have been raised, but most students are basically good. There is a small percent of students whose nature, it seems, is to make everyone miserable. I do not know if this is because of a difficult childhood at home or because the student just likes to be the center of attention. Either way, there are always students that will give their teachers a hard time. I guess this is their nature. Every individual is different, therefore, the nature of the students I will teach some day will be different depending on their background and other various things that may happen to them as they grow up. For example, a student that has lost a sibling due to an illness or accident, may become very bitter throughout life. The nature of this student’s behavior which is being shaped by this may make this student a cold-hearted and mean student. These are the students that teachers need to spend extra time with and try to make them feel loved, no matter how hard this may be. I, as a future teacher, need to look at students and try to help them out no matter how difficult that may be.

Radiation therapy is a growing field that has not been around very long. This field works with patients that have many different types of cancer ranging from leukemia, lung cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, and brain cancer among others. Cancer can be effectively treated using surgical, chemical and radiation treatment or a combination of the three. Many advantages and disadvantages have emerged when considering the use of radiation therapy and these pros and cons should be discussed thoroughly between the Oncologist and patient before a decision has been made on a course of action. Special licensing is required to enter this specialized field of radiation therapy and can be obtained through special programs.
I feel the areas that I have touched in this paper along with my personal philosophy statement, reflect my views and opinions as a future educator. I have spoke about areas that are of importance to me, and ideas that I feel will make a difference in someone’s life. As a teacher, I truly want to make a difference and teach students the importance of an education, and the opportunities that are available to them. Education can take people places and I feel more people need to come to this realization.

The theme of gender inequality is ever-present throughout Shakespeare’s MacBeth. Every character in the play has a thirst for power, but Lady MacBeth’s ultimate desire for power overrules the others. Given the circumstances she has to live with, Lady MacBeth learns how to manipulate the men in her life so she too can succeed. In Shakespeare’s MacBeth, Lady MacBeth subconsciously fights the traditional gender roles accepted by society through her actions and speeches.
Killer whales also known as orcas, have been around for millions of years and are the largest mammals in the dolphin family. They can be found in all seas from the Arctic to the Antarctic. Killer whales feed on other mammals and even some birds. With these whales feeding off and onshore at times, they are drawn to human fisheries and trapped (“Killer Whale”), as well as being spread out among the oceans, killer whales have been the target of hunters for over centuries. Before 1981, around 6,000 killer whales were hunted and killed by Japanese, Norwegian, and Soviet whalers (“Killer Whales Endangered - Killer Whale Facts and Information”). They have been hunted for many reasons such as the use of their blubber, meat and internal organs to be used as fish bait, but the most popular and talked about is the whales being put in captivity. These large mammals should not be captured or held
However, they cannot survive in ice-filled waters. Studies illustrate that the orca’s echolocation calls and diet relate to their environment, as the Orcinus Orca migrates to where their food supply travels. A short while ago, on May 31, 2016, a group of geneticists led by Andrew Foote deciphered the DNA codes of fifty killer whales and came to the conclusion that transients (orcas who hunt marine mammals) have a “genetic variation that helps them store vital nutrients between meals” (Radford). The geneticist’s genome sequencing project justifies that a killer whale’s DNA sequence plays a key role in the mammal’s adaptation to its environment. Examples of these genetic variations include the killer whale’s behaviors, such as their appetite for oil-rich diets or having to store key nutrients after every meal. Andrew Foote claims that the genetic variation “is linked to the geographic spread” (Radford). I support Foote’s assertion that a killer whale’s environment heavily relies on the marine mammal’s genome sequence. Currently, the Vancouver Aquarium is researching the killer whale’s
As a sophomore, I was required to compile a genre of educational philosophies and create my own philosophy in the process. Today, as a senior I am required to “revise” that statement into one that is sophisticated and intelligent based on new information that I have received in the last two years. One instructor said to me, “Your view on educational elements may have changed,” and another said, “Randy, your philosophy on the way you view yourself as a teacher and the view of your classroom may have evolved into a more manageable, realistic perspective,” and they were both right.
Every person has his or her idea of what education should be. One wants to be educated or go to universities so he or she could have a higher degree. Some other person wants to get education just to fulfill one's self. Many people get college education thinking that they can make more money. Education is not about money; it is a lifetime process that enables one to satisfy one's inner self. It makes a person feel good for who they are inside.
The major sources of water pollution can be classified as municipal, industrial, and agricultural. Municipal water pollution consists of waste water from homes and commercial establishments.[Ken Rubin] The main goal of treating municipal wastewater was simply to reduce its content of suspended solids, oxygen-demanding materials, dissolved inorganic compounds, and harmful bacteria. The basic methods

My philosophy on education and learning is simple; to teach my future students to the best of my ability to achieve academic success. As well as getting to know my students well. Getting to know a little of their background can help make a difference in our teaching career. As a teacher, we care for our student’s educational needs and to achieve a full potential in their learning ability. I believe that education is an individual, unique experience for every student who enters a classroom. Having a passion for teaching and providing students with a proper education should always be a teacher’s top priority.
Education should be a part of everyone's life. A good education offers something for everyone, whether it be on the simple level or a more complex one. Education should provide provide an opportunity for students to develop a strong sense of creativity, a high self esteem, and a life long respect for learning. Education should help students establish a strong sense of confidence in themselves. A teacher will be one factor that helps a student learn and progress along their way through life. Teachers combine their own ideas with other people's to be able to give a good education to their students.
It is a constant truth that technology is growing rapidly and it is opening up many opportunities for students as well as teachers. Through the use of the internet information that would take scholars months to acquire out and interpret can be found in less than a minute though a Google search and not only is the information their, but in many cases the information that you wanted is shown in bolded so it can even be found quicker.
