Thou Shalt Nap To nap or not to nap? More and more people are faced with a similar problem- sleep deprivation. It is common throughout all ages- especially working adults and students- which is why there is a beautiful event called the ‘nap’. We were forced to take them in kindergarten, and there may have been a reason for that (besides to keep you quiet). There have been many studies on naps, if they can actually improve your performance in your job, how naps can help students, and although some people believe . Naps are important and should be part of our everyday lives, like they are in other countries such as Spain and Greece. For instance, naps can improve your overall performance in your career. In Source #2, the author states “Scientific studies show that naps can provide for individuals with unusual work schedules.” In this article, “The Secret Truth About Napping” the author explains how beneficial naps can be to those in the workforce. Astronauts get less sleep because the light and darkness patterns are not regular like the ones on Earth.
