A SWOT analysis is used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that a company would face . In this paper the focus will be a SWOT analysis of one of the biggest and most successful companies of our time, Apple Inc. Apple is a billion dollar company and is thus far Apple is one of the most well known companies. Why is that ? Apple has done some of the most brilliant marketing campaigns. but just like any company or product there is always room for growth and change . The first part of our SWOT analysis is the strength attributes . What has Apple done successfully ? Well for one they have products that almost every member of every family can utilize . You have the very popular Iphone , Ipad , Ipod , Mac books and Ihome products . Their processing speeds are among the best. Apple has been successful in promoting a lifestyle beyond the products it makes . They have made mini versions of there products as well as implemented apps that kids can use so that parents can easily transition their device into a kid friendly tool . Another popular and lucrative product is Itunes . Itunes has advanced to being the most popular way to stream music replacing the need for cds .
