The quality of health care has direct correlation to the proper functionality of various fundamental components such as information systems, strategic planning, and performance management. Proper implementation of strategic planning, performance management, and information systems in health care development is of significant importance. plans can also improve productivity, and staff interactions/relationships. The commonly utilized
