There was a school shooting in Parkland, Florida on February 14,2018. This shooting caused 17 deaths, Nikolas Cruz, and why teachers should carry guns. The name of this school that Nikolas Cruz shot up is Stoneman Douglas High School. In this essay, I will talk to you about this school shooting.

First, this shooting caused 17 deaths. Some students are injured and are lucky to be alive. Not only did students died during the shooting, some teachers died. Those teacher who died were protecting their students from the shooter. Those teacher who died were considered "Hero" to the people who survived. Those are the ones who died. Nikolas Cruz is this shooter and I will talk about him in the next paragraph.
