Injuries often happen in sports and playing, and the kids gettin hurt are younger than they should be. Children as yound as seven and eight years old, are getting injuries bad enough for it to affect their futures. Even so, lessening this is possible if you just try.

There are multiple ways to lessen the risk if people would just stay in shape during off season. When kids aren't playing they would much rather lay around, but going from laying down to running miles a day is a big difference. It isn't easy for your body to do that, so just stay in shape. Parents can help too, by encouraging their kids and paying attention.
