South Africa: Telecommunications Dependency
South Africa is amongst the one of the least developed continents on the globe, facing poverty levels of income, dysfunctional infrastructure, yet, signs of marketable prosperity are observable (ADLC, 2014, pp. 1-15). South Africa facilitates a gateway to other countries and as branded goods imported from the United States continues to gain marketable shares, Technological automotive will be the focus of introducing a new product into South Africa’s economy. South Africa hosts a wide variety of competing and profitable markets, however, technology and the implications associated with vehicle manufacturing has been well established throughout the globe, continues to increase in technological advancements for vehicle technology, as well as increases the safety of occupants. South Africa has a thriving automotive industry in which communications has been effectively adapted, thus importing equipment that facilitates technological communication in additional to traditional global positioning systems would be a marketable venture. Marketable in the sense that South Africa already has a rising automotive industry will inevitably turn to technology of advancements, thus, a continued endeavor for the long term profitability. Although a viable market with promising profits, organization seeking to import/export goods and services should become aware of long distance business relationships and practices. To effective accomplish intergrading business relations with South Arica, importing/exporting ventures must comply with all international trading laws.
