Helping Skyline to cross the t’s and dot all the i’s is Esther Olshin RN BSN. Esther manages continuous internal audits of the organization while educating our clinical and administrative professionals with an eye towards proactive Medicare/insurance compliance and overall fiscal maximization. Ms. Olshin determines the Medicare eligibility of our clients, makes sure that diagnoses and documentation conform to Medicare guidelines, and confirms MDS ARD completion and accuracy.
