I think they should start advertising on school grounds under certain circumstances. My first reason is because it allows the kids to get ideas for jobs and helps with job interviews. Schools will also make money, if they get carried away with advertisements the students will take advantage and think about other ways then the right way to use them and will abuse the idea. My last reason is because it can help the sponsors get bigger and will help their population. I don’t see any harm that can happen if they start advertising on school grounds, as long as they are appropriate.
When they hang posters up of advertisements it will catch students attention, they will look at their sponsors and read about it. When they look and learn about that sponsor some of the students will realize that it is a good company and if they are looking for a job they will go hire there. They can get all that information right there off the poster at their school and will get contact. As they get contact they will get an idea to grow up a bit and try their best to get hired. The more people at the business the bigger and the better the sponsor will get. This will get kids

out of trouble by working and being involved with the community, staying busy and even making a bigger step in life for themselves. When you post advertisements at the school it will gain more process in the sponsor.
The word will get out of the sponsors and more people would love to use them for it. In high school is where everything gets around, all the talk starts. If they post advertising at the schools if one person sees it then there group will go look at it, then another group, by that time they will go home and talk to their parents and family about it. When something new lie that happens there is a big chance it will be able to be on the school newspaper. Lets say an advertisement was going to go out of business, hanging up posters at popular places like schools it will help them out and spread the word; there would be a greater chance of not losing their business. Its not all about helping out the schools it can also help out the
sponsors. Talking about helping out the schools, the advertisements will show sponsors, schools representing certain sponsors and they are doing favors. They can do the school a favor by helping them out with money. In this world not all schools are rich and have money for certain things, its to the point where some of them will struggle with computers for their students. The money that the sponsors give them help for more activities at the schools for the students. Examples: dances, sport uniforms, rallys for the kids so the schools aren’t so boring they get to have fun. It could also help for school supplies like new books, new technology, desks etc. This helps schools completely and its really nice of the outlook for the students and the school itself. I agree with showing advertisements on school grounds. Helps out with money for the schools, helps sponsors, gets ideas for the students for working. It can help the students majority in the future, At the end of it all it helps both sides of the book and does not do any harm. There shouldn’t be touch much to the point where the students abuse it, as long as its appropriate and not too much of the students should be mature enough to deal with advertisements hung up at their school.
For instance, this ad has the word “help” in it, and since many people in our society like to help people this ad would be quite persuasive. It also gives people from our society can also learn more about this cause, by visiting the website www.amnesety.org this will make people think that everyone else is doing it therefore, they should do it too. George Parker once said, “The only people who care about advertising are the people who work in advertising." Advertisers use many different techniques that target children and teens. Many people do not realize how harmful this can turn out to be. Advertising plays a harmful role in the lives of youth because it poses health risks, prevents children and teens from saving money, and exposes them to way too many ads.
There has got to be a stemming of the tide of the marketing industry exploiting children at such young ages. The survey results suggested the marketing industry’s is compromising its ethics for sales, is potentially harmful, needs regulation, the school should not be the place to market their products, even though the schools say it is helping them financially.
This helps widen the idea of just how many ways children and teens can be affected by advertisements not just by making them more accessible but making them a part of what this society is. By making their products a part of the child’s life they are allowing the product to become a norm in the life of a child.

Sponsorships are useful as a supplement to regular advertising; however, they are especially valuable as an advertising substitute in situations where advertising may be banned or limited. Sports sponsorship provides opportunities to reach audiences in four distinct ways: (1)during the prepromotion advertising and publicity for the event, (2)at the event site during the event itself, (3)during the live or delayed broadcast of the event, and (4)during postevent news reporting of the event’s results. Each time the sporting event is mentioned or shown in the media, there is an opportunity for the event sponsor to gain exposure, (Krapp, 50). Alcohol and Tobacco companies take great advantage of this. They sponsor sporting events or pay to have their advertisements in certain sports arenas and stadiums for just this reason. Multiple chances to have their brand or corporate name shown on television or by the people attending the sporting event. Yet by having these advertisements in the arenas or stadiums, the alcohol or tobacco company does not have to put up warnings with their advertisement like they have to do on their products and advertisements in publications. Significant brand exposure may be gained through event publicity, prepromotion, on-site signage, and telecast of the event, but unlike conventional advertising, there is no requirement for including health warnings or moderation messages, (Locke, 224).
People need to be aware of the advertisements , setting their behaviors correctly and carefully and need to be smart about their consumption . This is exactly how people should act against the advertisements and advertisers should be conscious about what are they doing . They should analyze and check their project before releasing it . What is necessary and what is not really needed should be balanced according to Ethical Standards . Unless they do not obey the rules , government should break in and put some restrictions .
The main purpose of advertising is to sell a product or service to the consumer market. Advertising uses many different types of appeal and a number of media to achieve a variety of goals. Advertising is the most effective means to get the word out about products, services, events, charities, and just about anything else that one can think of. Where would sports be today without advertising? Advertising in sports has helped the sports world grow into one of the most profitable industries in the world.
As recognized in the paragraph above NIKE, Adidas, and Under Armour are three sport’s attire companies with sufficient funds to be able to sponsor students and schools. Sponsoring schools and creating programs where student athlete’s not of higher skill sets are too included in getting exposer and gestures for achieving their goals would put a good image on
Advertisements are located everywhere. No one can go anywhere without seeing at least one advertisement. These ads, as they are called, are an essential part of every type of media. They are placed in television, radio, magazines, and can even be seen on billboards by the roadside. Advertisements allow media to be sold at a cheaper price, and sometimes even free, to the consumer. Advertisers pay media companies to place their ads into the media. Therefore, the media companies make their money off of ads, and the consumer can view this material for a significantly less price than the material would be without the ads. Advertisers’ main purpose is to influence the consumer to purchase their product. This particular ad, located in Sport magazine, attracts the outer-directed emulators. The people that typically fit into this category of consumers are people that buy items to fit in or to impress people. Sometimes ads can be misleading in ways that confuse the consumer to purchase the product for reasons other than the actual product was designed for. Advertisers influence consumers by alluding the consumer into buying this product over a generic product that could perform the same task, directing the advertisement towards a certain audience, and developing the ad where it is visually attractive.
As a little girl I loved watching television shows on Saturday mornings. I’d get upset when a show would proceed to commercial. That is until I watched the shiny new toy being played with by the girl my age and of course the cool new one that came into the happy meal, then I’d forget. After seeing the appealing commercial I’d run to my mom and try to slickly mention it. “You know McDonalds has a new Monster’s Inc. toy in their happy meal. Isn’t that great? “Now I realize that back then I was targeted by big companies to beg my parents for things that I didn’t need or that wasn’t good for me in order to make money. Advertising in business is a type of marketing communication used to encourage, persuade, or manipulate a customer to take or continue to take some action. The desired result is to drive consumer behavior with respect to a commercial offering.
The textbook used in class (Huffman, 2002) describes that “advertising has numerous” methods to hook the individual into “buying their products and services.” The advertising. company surrounds a particular candidate such as a child and immediately sinks their teeth into the child’s mind to manipulate the child into desiring their products.
