Science Camp

Science camp is a place where fun is mixed in with nature. During my week at science camp, I changed my ways and learned something new each day, I became independent and neater and I also learned about the animals that interest me. At science camp, my independence grew. I felt this way because of the time I spent without my parents. Since my parents were not there, I had to to learn how to fold and pack all my clothes by myself. For example, the day we were going to leave science camp, I folded all my dirty clothes in the trash bag and my extra clothes in my suitcase. Before science camp, I used to need help to do lots of things. So, my parents were impressed with my independence. Now I do my own laundry, sometimes, and fold my clothes. I was very independent at science camp though I was also very neat.

My things were always scattered across my bedroom floor and my school bag had lot of loose papers. I could not find important papers that I needed to use. It was a lot of trouble until the week I went to science camp. I had to keep everything neat so I would not lose anything. So during science camp, I kept my hiking bag very clean. My hiking bag items were neatly sorted inside so I could pull out items faster. On the first day of science camp, it took me a long time to find my eraser because my bag was not neat and organized. The next day, I cleaned it up and I was able to get my eraser fast. My bunk was very neat but I did not get a golden pinecone. The golden pinecone was left on your bunk if your bunk was the cleanest. I was very neat most of my time at science camp, but not only did I change I also learned about
