For this situation, Public Relation representative need to communication with public and if necessary, they need to have a speech in front of public. When they do the speech, the representatives need to enhance written rhetoric with ethos and pathos in presentation. The speech needs to be contagious. The Public Relation firm need to lead the thoughts that in the mind of public. Not only just state the opinion they want to say, but also influence the thoughts among public. In the college, we can practice this skill in presentation. The presentation is the same with the Public Relation one, just one difference is the audience. She said there is a new program of Public Relation in China that is Internet Plus. The Internet Plus is the program to get Internet, cloud, big date and industry related.
