How would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself by saying that I am very efficient and highly organized. This allows me to be as productive as possible in my role. My background to date has been centered on exceeding my customers’ satisfaction by going above and beyond what they are expecting. Let me tell you specifically how I've prepared myself. I am an undergraduate student in Criminal Justice at Heald College. My past experiences has been taking care of the needs of others and higher education. Both aspects have prepared me well for a position within the criminal justice arena.

How has college contributed to your personal and professional development?
Unfortunately, during our day and time jobs are scarce. People who are well-trained are the ones securing some of the most sought-after jobs. By me earning a degree in a field that I not only enjoy, but one that is stable, allows me to have many options as it pertains to various roles. This is mainly due to employers who expect recent college graduates to have the skills prepared for a working environment. Motivation is key in the workplace.
