How would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself by saying that I am very efficient and highly organized. This allows me to be as productive as possible in my role. My background to date has been centered on exceeding my customers’ satisfaction by going above and beyond what they are expecting. Let me tell you specifically how I've prepared myself. I am an undergraduate student in Criminal Justice at Heald College. My past experiences has been taking care of the needs of others and higher education. Both aspects have prepared me well for a position within the criminal justice arena.

I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little too much time checking it. However, I've come to a good balance by setting up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time

How has college contributed to your personal and professional development?
Unfortunately, during our day and time jobs are scarce. People who are well-trained are the ones securing some of the most sought-after jobs. By me earning a degree in a field that I not only enjoy, but one that is stable, allows me to have many options as it pertains to various roles. With my education and professional background I am now able to combine them thus making me more marketable in today’s every changing employment market.

I believe I can easily manage multiple tasks and challenges with tact and ease. I can also work effectively in a team or individual setting.
