Sometimes there doesn't seem to be a lot of kindness in the world, but I assure you there is! I see kindness every day. I practice kindness. I hear about kindness. I find quotes on kindness, like the ones in this article, from some powerful and good people. In order to see more kindness, you need to stop focusing on the people who are void of kindness, despite them being a loud bunch, and start focusing on the people that practice kindness in their everyday lives. And there are a lot of them.
For instance, have you heard about the World Kindness Movement? Over 28 nations are represented in this movement and they are working towards inspiring people towards more kindness and connection nations to create a kinder world.

5. You Have So Many Chances To Practice Kindness In Your Day
Wherever there is a human being, there is an opportunity for a kindness. - Lucius Seneca
Don't wait for the right moment to do something kind. If you are interacting with someone in some way, you can practice kindness.
That includes being alone in your home if you are online. Watching someone's video on YouTube, reading someone's tweet, looking at someone's Facebook post, or reading someone's article all give you an opportunity to do something kind. Like, comment, share, donate, congratulate, whatever.
6. Happiness And Kindness Go Hand In Hand
Happiness is never far behind an act of kindness. - Joseph Ranseth
Not only will you experience more peace in life when you practice kindness, you will also experience more happiness. Why?
Happiness stems from things like satisfaction, contentment, and pleasure. And, you feel those things when you are kind to others. You feel better about yourself.
On the other hand, if you are rude, mean, arrogant, jealous, spiteful, or angry, you can't feel satisfied, content, or pleasure, and you can't feel truly

9. Can A Small Act Of Kindness Be Too Small?
Small acts of kindness to you might be huge to someone else. Showing some love could make someone's moment, day or even save a life. - Purple Ferdinand
A simple smile could impact someone's day in a big way.
A kind word could stop someone from doing something stupid.
A helpful hand could help someone to feel less lonely or regain their faith in humanity.
Donating a million dollars might have less of an impact than feeding someone for a day.
You don't know what your act of kindness could do for someone's life, so don't quantify your good deeds.
10. We Have Always Been Human With Human Needs
Regardless of how we think the world has changed, people still respond to kindness, positive words and even a smile! Try it and see. - John Brady
We all want the same things in life. We've always wanted those things.

Love
Companionship
Respect
Kindness
It doesn't matter what happens in the world, we all will still want those things, so take great value in your ability to give them to other
Kindness can really make a difference in a person's attitude. In “A Christmas Carol”, the Cratchits and Scrooge's nephew Fred show kindness to Scrooge, even though Scrooge showed quite the opposite to them. Or in “Thank you M’am”, when Ms. Jones makes Roger food and gives him money to buy his shoes, instead of reporting him to the police. Even in “Little Things Are Big”, when Jesus decides to help people even if he has to face prejudism. These stories all show turning points, and these examples show
Whether you believe it or not, the little things that we do day by day are affecting the world
There has always been a predominant belief in my household that it is important to help others- whether it be volunteering at a food pantry or just keep an elderly neighbor company when no one else is around to do so. The main takeaway from this was that one couldn’t receive good in their life if they never gave any. I have been more eager to follow this through, not necessarily in the spirit of receiving some good in return, but because it gave me a good feeling to know that I was impacting someone’s life in a positive manner. I wanted to be able to foster this feeling and incorporate it into my everyday life, so I could carry that feeling with me wherever I go.
“Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see” – Mark Twain.
“Sometimes it 's easy to walk by because we know we can 't change someone 's whole life in a single afternoon. But what we fail to realize it that simple kindness can go a long way toward encouraging someone who is stuck in a desolate place.” ~ Mike Yankoski
In conclusion, there are many ways to create a better world of friendliness, and kindness but you need to be able to take that first step. We all need to open our eyes and see the greatness in each human being. Everyone has something special about them we just have to find it in
In my opinion, being nice to people is the foundation for almost everything you’ll do in this world. This book has made me think about the effects of being kind to people. Now, I see that if I do something nice for someone, it not only makes them happy, but it has an impact on me too. I also realize that it influences many things in my life. I see how important it is now to be nice to people, because kindness gets you everywhere now.
I have many great attributes, such as my kindness towards others. Being kind to others and helping them get better from illness or injuries is a great way to make a positive change in another person's life. I intend to help others with my kindness, so I can positively develop the community around me, and my dedication to my work can get me to my goal of making everyone’s lives better as their injuries and illness are treated.
In conclusion I have discussed and provided five scenarios describing several occasions in which I have performed a good deed to help another individual or have witnessed someone else do a good deed to help another individual. While writing each scenario I realized that I perform most of the acts because I felt some type of way.
...esult, the more directly one sees their personal efforts impact someone else, the more happiness one can gain from the experience of giving. Sometimes generosity requires pushing past a feeling of reluctance because people all instinctively want to keep good things for themselves, but once one is over this feeling, they will feel satisfaction in knowing that they have made a difference in someone else’s life. However, if one lives without generosity but is not selfish, they can still have pleasure from other virtues.
The act of kindness comes by very seldom. “Being kind and generous to people will take you very far in life” is what my great grandmother always told me. Smiling from ear to ear, eyes gazing across the room and that special touch are all it took for her to make someone day. Many days were made if you were surrounded by her and saw that big, bright, and beautiful smile. Soft hands are what she had from giving her entire life. No one went without, you could be a total stranger but she would give you her last.
It's not about giving people things, but more so about one’s daily gestures and what one says to everyone each day. Being kind might be tough at times but in the end avoiding a rude comment is much better than saying one. There are so many ways to show others that being kind is important so don’t be afraid to try some out. Looking into it further, if everyone in the world was kind, we could avoid conflicts from small fights on the streets to world wars because everyone would be able to communicate and compromise with one another in a civilized
The first way I believe that small acts of kindness can impact others is that they can improve a person's mood. If you had been stuck in traffic on your commute, and just having a crummy day overall, and then when you get to your office, you find a coffee on your desk from Bill, your co-worker. Bill is one of those guys who will get you a cup of coffee, or will hold the door for you; basicly a nice person who commits small acts all the time, and adds an uplifting effect on the entire room he is in, improving everyone's mood. This is one reason why small acts of kindness can have an impact on others is how they can improve someone's mood.
Kindness is the key to most everything. Being kind means taking the high road, even when someone has wronged you. It means serving other people, even under inconvenient circumstances. It involves looking for the good in others, and even helping them to see the good in themselves. Kindness is spreading happiness to make other’s day better and by making them smile. Kindness is defending those who are picked on by others, sitting by those who are lonely, and saying hi to someone in the hall. Kindness is being someone who wants to build up those around them.
Aesop once stated, “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” In this time period, many people around the globe only focus on their life, and they do not focus on lifting others up. Kindness is one word that can change lives, even when the person that shows kindness doesn’t even know the impact they are making. One act of kindness does not appear to be very important, but every act makes an impact. The world is full of hatred, war, and terrorism, but anybody can start to make a change. Some reasons that any act of kindness has an impact include other people needing positivity, the start of a chain reaction, and the benefit of other people in the world.
