Should students have to take Physical Education every year, or should they have the choice to participate in it or not? Schools are wanting students to take Physical Education every year as a required course. Even though most students probably don’t want to take Physical Education, Physical education should be required for all students because it increases the health for teens, students over exaggerate on the class, and it could boost performance. Physical Education isn’t based on just exercise. If anything, it’s students playing games more than doing actual exercise, but these games involve physical activity. For example, flag football, basketball, kickball, etc. Basically Physical Education is a fun way of doing physical activities. Finally, the most important reason is Physical Education should be a class because it increases the health of teens. It controls your weight, strengthens your bones and muscles, and increases your chances of living longer. You get all of this from at least doing 30 minutes of Physical Activity.
