Al Qaeda is one of the most feared terrorists groups in the world. This terrorist group has killed more than 4400 people between the years of 1992 to 2008. (“Timeline of Al Qaeda Attacks 3”) This group, Al Qaeda, is one of the most dangerous and feared terrorists group to ever to exist due to the infiltration among many countries. Can the United States finally destroy Al Qaeda and make this vulnerable world a more peaceful place? The problem is Al Qaeda, the solution is America.
Al Qaeda has its eyes set on any group that threatens its beliefs, with the United States being its number one target. This terrorist group has made multiple attempts to destroy the iconic twin towers in New York City. “On February 26, 1993, a truck bomb was detonated

Osama Bin Laden was Al Qaeda's leader for many years until he was killed by The United States. It may have well been the most important step in the war against Al Qaeda. When the US killed the leader of Al Qaeda it created a large opportunity for the US and its allies to capitalize. (“Robert Pape 2”) This was a major changing point that weakened Al Qaeda immensely. Obama’s solution to get rid of Al Qaeda is to direct money for counterterrorism groups to terrorists. This idea proposed by Obama is shocking. NATO forces protecting and controlling the flow of weapons were told to ignore a shipment that was meant to go to the moderates. The weapons did not go to the moderates, but instead went to Al Qaeda. Obama and Kerry believe that weapons can be directed to “moderate” Syrian groups and that by arming the “good” terrorists, we’ll stop the “bad” terrorists. But, as we all know there is no such thing as a “good” terrorist. The weapons eventually made their way to Al Qaeda. (“Daniel GreenField 2”) This on the other hand does not help stop Al Qaeda. Obama is supplying them with weapons. Al Qaeda is a driving force that needs to be stopped, but with the way America and many other countries are going about, it does not look

On September 11, 2001 the world stopped for a moment as two planes flew into the white house. The Pentagon was also hit that day, and a hero saved a plane that was supposed to hit the White House. Americans all over the country were in shock, some knew their loved ones were in the Twin Towers, and hoped that some could make it out alive. Some did, many didn’t, so many precious lives were taken away from innocent humans who thought it was just going to be a normal day at the office. Children are growing up without fathers and mothers, who they will never meet. Whoever did this, needs to be put away, or killed. The man who planned it, Osama Bin Laden was killed on May 2, 2011, 10 years after the terror attacks on the World Trade center that killed many Americans, innocent Americans. Osama bin Laden’s killing was just, and he deserved what he got, there is no doubt in my mind he got what he deserved.
Guantanamo Bay is located at the southeastern tip of Cuba; it is a United States owned territory dating back to the Spanish American war. The territory contains a high security military detention center and a functional base. The detention center houses high priority Al Qaeda operatives and conspirators to the September 11th attacks on the world trade center. Guantanamo bay is an important asset to keeping the United States safe. In recent years the operation of the base has been slowed down due to the efforts of president Obama. He vowed to shut the base down and move the high risk targets to a high security prison in the United States main land. Without Guantanamo bay the United States wouldn’t be able to contain high risk detainees that the base currently holds. Guantanamo bay should stay open.
Osama Bin Laden had not only been responsible for one of the biggest attacks in American history but also for so many more all around the world. For instance, in 1992, the first attack by Al-Qaeda was carried out as a bombing at the old Mohur hotel in Aden, Yemen, where U.S. troops had been staying while on the route to Somalia. They also targeted a second hotel which was the Aden Movenpick for the same purposes. They followed through by pa...
America has had 21 terrorist attacks, from 2000 to 2009 consisting mostly of al-Qaeda and suicide bombers (infoplease.com). Osama Ben Laden, leading al-Qaeda’s attacks is fed up with the way America treats the world. Blaming America for global warming and determined to stop them by sending suicide bombers and hijacking planes. After the 9/11 attack America changed the way they looked at security, putting into effect; Airport Security Federalization Act of 2001: To deter and punish terrorist acts in the United States and around the world, to enhance law enforcement investigatory tools (The Library of Congress).
The biggest terrorist attack in American history occurred on September 11, 2001. The Islamic al-Qaeda group hijacked four airliners in the United States. Two planes crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City, a third struck the Pentagon, and the fourth plane crashed in Pennsylvania. Nearly 3,000 people were killed including over 400 police officers and firefighters. America's view on the world and Muslims all over, forever changed. Muslims are judged and criticized still today after these events. Muslim Americans after 9/11 should have a right to live freely in America, can help us stop Islamic terrorism, and can increase unity with American citizens and the communities.

Osama Bin Laden was on the FBI’s most wanted list for 10 years. He was responsible for the deaths of thousands of American soldiers and American citizens, as well as the 9/11 terrorist attack. The American Special Forces have been trying to track him down for a long time and have not succeeded, until May 1st, 2011. The mission that killed Bin Laden was called “Operation Neptune Spear” and that mission changed American history forever.
Cyber security is like trying to box while being blindfolded.. Cyber instability may cause massive panic in citizens of the United States. Government surveillance is one of the platforms of cyber security and it started to erupt after the 9/11 incident. The main ways the government watches people today is with cell phone, social media, and email surveillance. Should they be able to invade our privacy? Maybe. Many crimes are committed on computers everyday whether it be credit card hacks, stolen identities, or even social media accounts taken. Cyber attacks may lead people to distrust the cyber community and the people behind cyber protection.
New insight into the natural world is just one of the results of the increasing
Every year, cybercrime costs businesses $400 billion and by 2019, cybercrime will have cost the global economy 2.1 trillion dollars (Morgan 1). But, economic loss isn’t the only problem caused by weak cybersecurity; weak cybersecurity measures could allow hackers to collect data on citizens, cause widespread death, and destroy entire nations. Despite the massive threat the problem poses, no one has yet to institute an effective solution. Although government regulation and website blocking attempt to eliminate cybercrime and cyberwarfare, an ideal solution exists in government guidance and collaboration with the private sector.
Global security is an extraordinarily imperative idea when it comes to public safety. The purpose of global security is to protect the interests of the public. When viewing this through the lens of public and private relationships, it is effortless to see how the two walk hand in hand when it comes to trying to achieve global security. Global security is a relevant concept because the people of the United States need to be protected at all costs. Along with protecting the public, the government also needs to protect the interests of itself. To achieve global security by way of protecting the public, the government works endlessly to ensure public safety.
“Flight 208 to Los Angeles is now boarding. Section N you may now take your seats”. You looked down at your carry-on bag to make sure you have everything packed up, even though you took nothing out, and headed toward the flight attendant and handed her your ticket. As your walking through the tunnel, the sound of the planes jets put just enough pressure on your body, causing your pulse to increase. “Why are you nervous, you been on planes before”, you ask yourself. You shake your head and start to inhale and before you could finish getting your lungs to the maximum capacity they could hold, a man wearing a white shirt twice his size and jeans that also seemed
