The determination of this paper is to focus on my personal and professional development in order to develop successful entrepreneur skills. It is imperative for me to project certain objectives for my personal and professional development for the reason that it will support me to execute my responsibilities efficiently.

Certain professionals contemplate of entrepreneurs as individuals who are eager to take risks that other individuals are not. However, many other describe them as individuals who take initiative and construct fruitful businesses. I am an optimistic thinker as I always try to discover new ideas of business and in case of any unusual circumstance; I get through them because of my optimism. I can identify the areas where things can be improved which demonstrate my vision. I have faith in myself that I can do even better to achieve my goals and objectives. More of my strengths include that I am a risk taker which is a very essential quality in me. It allows me to take decisions where high risk is involved and as it is noticed that entrepreneurs are very high risk takers, I can see this capability in me. This has also improved my decision making skills. I assess and recognise business opportunities all the more expediently when contrasted with different people. I have a positive and helpful state of mind that permits me to satisfy business needs. My state of mind incorporates "enthusiasm". I am energetic, as energy is without a doubt a main thrust and is a key essential of an entrepreneur.
