On 06/08/18 at 1815 hour, I responded to 103 Mayrose Drive, Sanford, FL in reference to a possible disturbance. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Rosalea Trejo (reporting victim adult), Julianna Ramirez (witnesses juvenile), and Guadalupe Trejo-Ramirez (witnesses juvenile), who provided me with sworn written statements. On 06/08/18 at approximately 1326 hours, Trejo stated that she called the Seminole County Dispatch due to her brother Juan Trevino (subject) making threats towards her husband. On the above listed date and time, deputies arrived at Hampton County Medical Center, and made contact with the complainant regarding the above listed incident type. Deputies gathered the pertinent information needed to complete this report. The complainant and his mother wrote a voluntary statement. Photos were taken while at the Emergency Room. The complainant was issued a Victim’s Right’s Form along with a case number attached. Deputies attempted to make contact with the subject, no contact was made. Deputies cleared the call and resumed normal patrol duties.
On Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at approximately 1956 hours, Officer Reinbold #7400 and I (Officer Guerrero #3310) were dispatched to 1113 Marengo Avenue, in regard to a vandalism that just occurred. Dispatch advised the victim (later identified as Kristyn Cota) saw two male juveniles spray painting her fence. Cota advised dispatch she was following both subjects and they were last seen running southbound on Marengo Avenue, from Hammond Street. On September 18, 2015, I called Ms. Ashaunta Lanier and identified myself and the purpose of my call. Ms. Lanier informed me that she was about to call the police to report Tavon’s return. Ms. Lanier reported that her son had been in The District of Columbia where he was caught committing a robbery. Ms. Lanier reported that a search warrant had been executed and evidence which implicates her son had been recovered. Ms. Lanier authorized me to meet with Tavon at school.
On 03-10-16 at 1421 hours, Officer Harrell #3441 and I were dispatched to the PPD Records Lobby for a domestic violence investigation. Upon our arrival, we met with Victim Supaporn Avina who told us the following information in summary:
I arrived on scene at 17:10 hours. A juvenile was standing under the carport beside a white Dodge Durango. The reporting party, Kaella D. Barners (F/B, DOB: 05/04/1977), exited the front door when she seen deputies arrive. I approached the juvenile, Katera Edwina Barners (F/B, DOB: 08/29/2000). Katera was calm and cooperative. Katera had been upset at her mother. I observed an end table on the hood of the vehicle. I asked Katera if she put it there. Katera said she threw it there in attempt to damage the vehicle.
In summary, on 06/05/16 at 1741 hours Ofc. C. Zepeda #253, Ofc. E. Vera #289 and I were dispatched to 3215 S Central Ave. in regards to a disturbance.
Ps, Shamalee Lawson and Samory Hill, allege excessive force and false arrest. Ps allege that they were inside the park near basketball courts. P allege that MOS Napolitano, Grieco, Minardi, Radonice and other MOS assaulted and searched them. P allege they were arrest along with 17 other non-parties. P Lawson alleges that MOS did not provide a property voucher for his personal property. The criminal disposition in unknown at the time. No other information is known at this time. On May 31, 2018 at approximately 1445 hours, I was dispatched to the lobby of the Port Richey Police Department located at 6333 Ridge RD Port Richey, FL in reference to a domestic violence injunction violation. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who was identified by her Florida identification card as Alice Lorraine Lindahl. Alice was with a witness, who was identified by his Florida identification card as David Carl Koorey.
On January 10, 2017, at approximately 0153 hours, the defendant, Victor Manuel Cruz-Anaya, while at 1030 Ribaut Road Lot 6, Beaufort, South Carolina 29902, which is located within the jurisdiction of the City of Beaufort, did cause bodily injury upon the body of Sofia Chavez. The defendant commit this offense by placing his hands around the victim neck, choking her and by grabbing her wrist tightly restraining her from moving at her free will, during an argument. This action caused Chavez to fear for her safety. This altercation took place in the presence of a minor, 3 years of age. Affiant and others are witness to prove the same.
On Monday, June 5, 2017, at 3:00 p.m., the investigator canvassed the neighborhood where the insured, Mr. Jefferey Alejos’s boat was vandalized on April 29, 2017. Out of six houses which were near as to where the loss occurred, we could contact three homeowners within the neighborhood who provided their opinions and observations of what may have taken place on the date of loss. The residents who wanted to provide their statements requested anomaly because they do not want for the insured to retribute against them and their families legally.
Upon my arrival, I spoke with Natalie Stovall who stated that her and her boyfriend had gotten into an altercation but he left the residence prior to our arrival. Natalie stated that she did not wish to pursue any charges regarding the assault. I then had dispatch run Natalie’s driver licenses to make certain she was clear from any warrants. Dispatch advised that Natalie had two warrants out of Dallas County.
On Thursday, March 2, 2017, at 2:55 p.m., the investigator traveled to the following cities in the Riverside County area; Palm Springs, Cathedral City and to the Desert Hot Springs to conduct cold-calls with the witnesses who may have information about the Ronnie Curtis case. Each of the following witnesses, Ms. Mayla Padzik, Ms. Annette Reiz and Ms. Barbara have not returned any previous phone calls made to their listed phone numbers to secure their statements about claimant Ms. Curtis’s. In an attempt to locate and establish their identities to include their personal statements a thorough check was conducted through HUB’s services which additional addresses were discovered to follow-up with each one of the witnesses with this developed information.
INVESTIGATION: At 0825 hours, this writer along with Sgt. Murchison responded to the command post located at M-1 place of abode. Upon arrival on the scene we were met by officer Hamrick of the Metropolitan Police Department, 4th District. This writer asked Officer Hamrick what had been done prior to Youth And Family Services Division responding to the scene. Officer Hamrick told this writer the inside and outside premised were checked with negative results
Growing up as an only child I made out pretty well. You almost can’t help but be spoiled by your parents in some way. And I must admit that I enjoyed it; my own room, T.V., computer, stereo, all the material possessions that I had.
