On May 31, 2018 at approximately 1445 hours, I was dispatched to the lobby of the Port Richey Police Department located at 6333 Ridge RD Port Richey, FL in reference to a domestic violence injunction violation. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who was identified by her Florida identification card as Alice Lorraine Lindahl. Alice was with a witness, who was identified by his Florida identification card as David Carl Koorey. Alice advised she had an active DVI against Joe Martinez. She provided me with a copy of the injunction and advised Joe had violated it, causing her to be in fear for her safety. Alice advised the DVI had been active since May 22, 2018 at was permanent. Alice advised Joe had been at her residence (Pasco Sheriff’s Office Jurisdiction) and contacted her employer, David in violation of the DVI. Alice advised Joe was telling her that she needed to be careful because his cousins were coming for her and asked David to ask her if she heard dogs barking the night before. Alice advised Joe was telling David he would show up at her place of employment and did not care if he went to jail Alice advised Joe was living at an unknown location in the Tarpon Springs area. On March 24, 2016, officers were dispatched to a scene where a male subject was trying to gain entry into a vehicle using a hammer. Upon arrival officers made contact with a male subject who was later identified as Keith Hunt, the defendant, and the victim. The victim explained to the officers she was standing near the trunk of her vehicle when Mr. Hunt approached, He attempted to keep into her vehicle without permission; so she confronted the defendant and tried to secure her vehicle. Mr. Hunt demanded she give him the keys and her wallet. The victim stated the defendant had a hammer in his hand and was threatening her with it while he was telling her to hand over the property. On the above listed date and time, deputies arrived at Hampton County Medical Center, and made contact with the complainant regarding the above listed incident type. Deputies gathered the pertinent information needed to complete this report. The complainant and his mother wrote a voluntary statement. Photos were taken while at the Emergency Room. The complainant was issued a Victim’s Right’s Form along with a case number attached. Deputies attempted to make contact with the subject, no contact was made. Deputies cleared the call and resumed normal patrol duties.
