Personal Narrative- The Bible Spoke to Me
I sat on my bed. Alone. Lonely. But I wasn’t. Everything that everyone had said, left unsaid, was with me. Smothering me. As scenes danced mockingly through my mind, I cried out, “Does anyone care about me?! Does anyone care if I come to school or church-would anyone notice if I just quit?!”
A small, still voice whispered in my ear. Something stirred, struggling to be free, but my tormented mind smothered it, preferring to drown in self pity.
“Does anyone listen to me? Does anyone want me?” I moaned.
As I sank into despair, a book caught my eye. Buried beneath homework, magazines, and litter was my poor bedraggled Bible, falling apart from years of use-none of it recent. I dragged it out and opened it to Philippians.

While entering World War I, the nation was neutral up until joining the British and French in exchange for certain advantages. However, it was unsuccessful as Italy failed to take control of the territories that it claimed at the Versailles Peace Conference,and suffered significant losses. The ideology of fascism occurred when the power of Italy was shrinking and the idea of being a pacifist became weak. Samson was a judge who lived on the land of the Isrealites. After reading the chapters from the book, "Courageous Faith. I have learned a lot of information that I did not know before. From Judges chapter 13 through 16 we have seen that God was the one who chose Samson to be a judge. I have chosen Samson because I can relate to him more than the others. One difference that I found between Samson and I is that all the obstacles that he went through, I did not go through. Samson's life was planned by God.
