Junior High was a very good experience for me, it was filled with excitement. I would always walk down the hallway knowing everyone and every teacher, but I would always think about going to highschool. I wanted to leave junior high and go to highschool so bad. I remember I would always say ¨I can't wait till highschool¨ but when I left the place where all my memories were made , where I felt most comfortable I noticed things about myself. I noticed that I took junior high for granted I didn't even think about all the things that I would miss, I was just so caught up with school. I wish I could go back in time and just relive some of my junior high days. When I came to high school I realized many new things about myself. In junior high I didn't realize that I was going to miss being there everyday and seeing my favorite teachers and bestfriends. My high school experience has taught me a lot. High school has taught me how I act towards people and much more. When I came to high school and was here for a few months I wanted to go back to junior high. I missed all the memories, teachers, less homework, etc. I think if I would have not took junior high for granted, would I have enjoyed it more and maybe enjoy high school more? Not taking junior high for advantage can influence another student´s life by letting them want enjoy there time there and make the best out of everything. Also if they heard high school students say not to take their time there for granted they may try their best in school and enjoy it more, because they might have more fun if they know it won't be like that

High school was not a completely dreadful experience, but I did not get a really an exceptional education. As I entered high school, I thought it would be a whole new exciting chapter in my life. I started out as an involved student, and went through all of the Advance Placement and Honor classes, and managed to be at the top 12% of my class. In high school, I basically placed myself to enjoy it; I joined all of the extra curricular activities I was interested in. I was in band, tennis, swimming, dance team, and Key Club. Sometimes I was at school for about fourteen hours a day, four times a week.
In short, I feel junior year provided a foundation for the more mature and adult chapters of my life, and without the numerous obstacles of junior year, I would never have gained the key to a successful future.
1. It's nothing like high school. I know, you're glad to get out of the same classroom all day, and that part is great, but don't think junior high is like senior high. You may or may not be exposed to new situations like peer pressure, confromity and stress and identity issues. However, this is normal because you're discovering yourself, it's fine.
Throughout my four years in high school I have been fortunate enough to fulfill many of my aspirations and my thirst for knowledge. One goal that I would like to achieve is to become an international attorney. I have aligned my involvement in specific academic and extra-curricular activities to aid me preparing for the long road between my present situation and the day I pass the bar exam. Through my high school activities I have learned three virtues that I have deemed necessary to achieve my goal, passion, self-discipline, and perseverance.
I was told that this, my junior year, would be the easiest year of my high school career. And no, they were absolutely wrong. It was not just school and grades that I was concern about either. I had other things to worry about, things like, driving, clubs, friends and family. I however had no idea that it would be this difficult. Throughout this school year I have learned many things; like the value of sleep, whose really your friend, and that although very important, grades are not everything.
When I was entering into High School, I tried to join as many clubs as I can, since I wanted not only to be superior in grades, but also extracurricular activities. So as usual, I joined Key Club. At first volunteering at the events was fun, but as I went to more events, it felt as if it was a chore. I did not feel any passion; it was rather tiresome.
Throughout my high school experience, I've been able to obtain knowledge that I can use to better my life. Some of the classes I've taken have been a blessing in disguise. For example, I never expected to learn as much as I did about writing and literature by just simply reading. Many of my teachers have pushed me to my limits and inspired me to think differently from my peers. In general my best English experience was reading "MacBeth" by William Shakespeare in Mr. Elwell's class, where I also realized I had many English skills to improve on.
I envision high school as an essential stepping stone for everyone. The era where every individual lacks the complete confidence in defining who they are or what they want to be. The four years of high school was the moment and opportunity to seek the interests that stood out to me the most. The experiences you make and the people you associate with are a crucial part of finding yourself.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned is to never give up and that everything in life happens for a reason. Throughout my entire life my dreams have been put down by society, wether it was a coach, friend, or family member. Everything I gain is because of me and only me. When I started my first year of high school, I knew I wasn't ready to maintain my academics, my social life, and my sports schedule all at once. I was completely intimidated by everything occurring in my life at the time.
As much as I enjoyed school as a child, that was not the case when I reached high school. High school was an entire different environment from elementary and middle school. I strongly disliked my classes because I felt that they were too difficult for me and the teachers never had time to explain the course material more efficiently. It felt as though the teachers were
High school is meant to be the time of your life, but for most seniors just like me it can be some of the most emotional and crazy time. The things in my past make me who I am today, and the things I do now are the first footsteps into the future. Oh Jr. High, you moved on from the little elementary classes and now you're in the real deal. Things will be different, you will get chromebooks, more homework and even crazier teachers (cough cough Mrs Delucia) but their are some things you should know. Things like what and what not to get involved in also known as your social life, some of the responsibilities of a Jr. Higher and some of the academic up and downs, (there are more ups than downs but still, you should know about them). New opportunities will arise such as after school sports, leads in school plays ASB (student government), yearbook editing and photography, cool electives, awesome field trips to Astrocamp, Catalina Island and, Washington D.C andit will be the first year that you do science fair. You should know how to handle all these things, and that is the exactly what this essay is for.
As young girl with big dreams I imagined my senior year of high school to be one of the best years of my life. I imagined going to homecoming with all of my friends, being the captain of the varsity soccer and cheerleading teams, going to Friday night football games, going to Prom with my perfect date, and going on a senior trip with all of my best friends. Time flies so fast. Looking back, my high school is just like a movie, a lot of things happened.
