INTRO: Behind every success story is an embarrassing first effort, a stumble, a setback or a radical change of direction. It’s these first clumsy steps on the road to fame and fortune that create the road map for your definition of success. There will be tough times there will be set backs and obstacles along the way. Honestly the majority of the time that a challenge comes along, its really just an opportunity for you to have a new experience. As I always say challenges provide some type of learning experience, or you never know there may be a major blessing or pot of gold waiting on the other side of the rainbow. Not to mention we all know that after every thunderstorm the sun eventually shines and there is a rainbow, and sometimes it’s a double rainbow. The recipe of resilience is very simple once you began to have the proper outlook on life. Your perception must be on point. I am a foodie, which means that I love to eat. I enjoy cooking and eating all types of foods. I even tell people at times that eating is like a sport to me, I do it with passion.
