My philosophy of success, is me growing into the person I want to become and being comfortable with the choices I decide to make in life. Success is not something I can achieve overnight, it’s something I must plan for then proceed to working hard for it as well. Without hard work, there isn’t anything successful about the job I want to get done or the job I wish to get done. Doing anything without hard work and dedication, and expecting the best outcome is not success; it’s mediocrity. Being mediocre/ will only allow me or anyone else to have a ‘Victim’s Mindset.’ One concept that I have to keep in mind about being successful, is that I must ‘Accept Personal Responsibility’. Reason being is because, I have to learn how to build relationships the right way so that I may be open up to opportunities that could help me with my success. I must do this because, once I am opened up to an opportunity then I could look out for another opportunity for someone else that I may know and is willing to work to keep the offer; it’s all about helping others to rise as well as yourself. I also have to keep in mind that not only do I have to build relationships, but the relationships I build must be supportive of my goals, dreams and success plans, otherwise I will be filled with negativity. My philosophy of success as stated before, is that mediocrity is not an option for me simply because there is no possible way I can get through with my success and be mediocre. There is not one single person that is successful and did not put forth the effort and put in the hard work to get where they are in this day and age. I personally do not believe that it is possible to become successful without; Accepting Personal Responsibility, Discovering Self-Motivation, and Employing Interdependence. Those are all skills that everyone need to achieve the goals they wish to achieve in
