Marriage binds two individuals in a romantic state together in a legal union in the eyes of family, which Othello and Desdemona decide to obtain while ignoring the differences for a point. Brabantio vocalizes his disgust towards Othello who took Desdemona’s hand in marriage while Othello describes the love story. Othello responds to Brabantio’s comment with, “She loved me for the dangers I had passed, and I loved her that she did pity them” (I.iii.167-168). Instead of withholding a desire of intimacy, Othello and Desdemona uncover a connection revolving around enjoying the history in place of a spark. Both want a sense of adventure in the relationship regardless of utilizing one another to achieve the feeling of satisfaction. Othello understands

Opening the story Iago displays hatred towards Othello for fulfilling a military position, yet he shares his personal beliefs with Roderigo. Iago will grant Othello the opportunity to take to the role, but his time will soon fall short when devastation will strike. Iago’s existence, in his mind, revolves solely around himself with his name and reputation as the ultimate prize. Nevertheless, the matter of Iago truly does not serve as the focal point linking to seeking revenge. Lacking the compassion connected with a soul mate, even though married to Emilia, Iago chooses a definition constructed with evil located in his plot against Othello. Dragging Othello along for the ride of destruction with Desdemona, Iago instigates with Othello by tethering at his heartstrings. Iago leaves the lasting memory with Othello when he added, “I am you own forever” (III.iii.479). He believe at the precise moment he controls Othello and the outcome of Othello’s life.
